We have been going there for close to four year's for Chef Reto's cooking classes. He is so knowledgeable and we learn more... than just recipes from all around the world, but also things like knife skills and proper cooking temperature. Reto catered a lunch for us this past weekend. We had 50 people attending a meditation retreat, and the catering staff who set... everything up were extremely quiet in putting everything in place so as not to disturb the attendees in the next room. It makes... celebrating a breeze as they supply all the delicious food, beverages and all the serving items.
