About last night, I love the food at Porterhouse Burger. I decided to do my birthday dinner with a big group of my friends at... the Porterhouse on W Market. When I tell you, Brie was nothing but amazing. She made the experience even better. She took greatcare of us and did it with a smile. Without hesitation, she made sure all our needs where met. I was feeling hungry, but wanted something aside from the 'same old ordinary', and found PorterHouse Burgers on a Google maps... suggestion. The menu and reviews looked impressive so I came by. I ordered the Jam-Tastic burger, chili cheese fries, and theapple pie eggrolls. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and when I asked if it was ok to take pictures, I was offered atour of the huge dining area and the outdoor patio area. You can't tell from outside, but this place is quite spacious! Theambiance is uniquely rustic, modern, and classy, very clean as well. The experience even before the food was excellent...nowonto the food. The burger (cooked a perfect medium) comes on grilled sourdough, with candied bacon, melty cheddar cheese,blackberry jam, and yes folks, penut butter! The amazing flavor combinations are simply indescribable. My fries were smotheredin cheese and chili; quite filling in itself! The apple pie eggrolls were awesome, they come with a side of vanilla ice cream asa dipping sauce! Definitely check out PorterHouse Burger Co, they have a big menu with many unique and inventive options(including vegetarian & gluten free options and a kids menu, a well stocked bar, and beer on tap). Great burgers, cooked just right. Mine was done medium, slightly pink in the middle. Consistently good food.

The food was delicious. I ordered the goat-cheese burger with sweet potato fries and my husband ordered a burger with mac+cheese... as a side. There was plenty of food for great value. Actually, we were both surprised with how inexpensive the food was for thequality! Our only concern was the staff was not very attentive; not rude, it just seemed as if the front desk didn't know whatthey were supposed to do and they just stood there while the employees at the register had to take care of everything. The younglady who rang us up was very efficient but voiced her annoyance of the inattentiveness of the front of the house (I would have,too!). We would definitely be back, though! Read more

BIG selection of different burgers and toppings (including peanut butter, which I tried on my first visit). Friendly staff,... clean, and a little smoky (from the grill) which adds to the burger joint atmosphere. Recommended! Read more
