Order took over an hour and a half arrived cold. Didn't send the wings at all. Pizza is improperly stored, cold. and dough is... old. Couldn't get a refund for the missing wings. Was told must wait another hour or longer for wings or store credit only.Marinara sauce cup was growing mold. Don't order from here. Read more

Delivery of Pizza from the Hut was fast and exactly on time from a driver who reported it was her first night of working. The... pizza was hot, flavorful, a little on the expensive side, with thin crispy crust, as ordered. The phone order process was fastand easy. Really enjoyed this tasty pizza! ???? Read more
Great customer service. Walked in for carry out. Asked about specials and was given a couple different options which we were... pleased with. Told the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes which it was. Sales person showed us the pizza when we're called tothe counter. It looked tasty ????.This was our first visit to this location and came away with a nice experience. Keep up thegreat work. During my initial order (weeks ago)the lady who took my order was very rude, dismissive and even hung up on me. By that time she... already had my phone number so she could have called back. I ordered the $23.99 special with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and a 2liter. I added a $7.99 order of mini cinnamon rolls. I received cinnamon bread sticks instead of cinnamon rolls. I wouldn't darepay $7.99 for cinnamon sticks! This is the 2nd time in a row I have had a problem with this store. The only reason I orderedagain was because of the professional manager. I'm going to tell everyone this store is horrible and to go anywhere else forpizza. I attempted to call 6x about my order and no one answered. I spent $45! Never again and I want my cinnamon rolls I paidfor them and I left a nice tip. I feel like I got slapped in the face by you all again. NEVER AGAIN I WANT MY CINNAMON ROLLS????This is the worse Pizza Hut every time I order there is an issue. I stopped ordering years ago but decided to give them anotherchance. Silly me! This place customer service & food has went down terribly. I don't know if it has tondo with the pandemic or being short staffed... but it's a no for me and my crew. We have given them plenty of chances but it's like a hit or miss with them. The food doesn'ttaste the same, the delivery takes hours; yes hours to get to you, & you can't yell if you're going to get the store, the callcenter, or an actual person when you call. So sorry Pizza Hut we're sticking to Marco's from now on. Read more
Ordered my pizza at 5:24pm received a text at 6:01pm that my pizza was out for delivery, did not receive my pizza until 6:46pm.... The pizza was cold, not properly cooked nor was it cut properly. I ordered half and half I received five slices of pepperoni andthree cheese slices, the wing sauce was greasy. I called the store (girl who answered was a sweetheart) , was told I would haveto wait an hour to reorder my pizza then wait another normal delivery time b/c there were 20 orders ahead of me.
