This is my favorite Pizza Hut I?m here every other morning for a personal pan and sometimes get my staff pizza which I planned... today I walked in a few minutes after they opened and all I can hear is someone throwing up the same person screams out I?ll beright with you as she was and she looked horrible she starts taking my order and I noticed there?s nobody else there I asked herif there is someone else that can make my pizza she asked why politely and I said I didn?t want her making it if she?s sick shetold me she was the only one there I asked if she was the General manager she said yes and she apologized for the inconvenienceI then asked why didn?t she close and she said because we are a business I can?t close without being told to that?s justunacceptable I see this lady here every day you guys need to treat your people better unfortunately I took my 180 order elsewhere Read more

Last time I had them, they made a very bad pizza but I didn't want to complain. Now they seem to have shut down? If they're not... actually shut down, they deserve to be at least. Edit* They were not shut down which is a crying shame because everyone thatworks there, doesn't deserve to take money home with them. I've never seen an entire location so full of incompetence in mylife, and I used to deliver myself. Read more

I placed an order for the big dinner box with upgraded breadsticks to cheese sticks and the wings (traditional instead of... boneless). Today I received my order with boneless so I called the store to get it corrected and was told they couldn?t doanything because it was not to be sold with traditional instead of boneless wings and she couldn?t do anything about that. Iasked to be compensated because this is not what I was told and not what I ordered. She put the manager on the phone. Iexplained the story to the manager who told me I must be lying because they don?t sell it that way and that it must?ve been fromanother store. I said no, it was a delivery order, I can?t order from anywhere else. We went back and forth and she told me shecouldn?t do anything and she wouldn?t offer me anything. This was a phone order so I can only rely on what the employees tellme. I think it?s terrible service to to be extremely combative over wings. My husband picked up dinner for us tonight. He attempted to a small pizza for me and the restaurant told him that they didn?t... have a small pan to fix the pizza in available. He then ordered a medium plan cheese pizza and a large vegetarian (cheese,onions and black olives)pizza edge. He got home and the vegetarian pizza has pepperoni and sausage. I?ve called them severaltimes and no one has answered the phone. Their website sates that they close at 10:30 but I?ve been calling since 8:45 with noanswer. I will not patron this store again and I will be retuning the pizza first thing in the morning and requesting a refund. Read more

We ordered from this location a couple of weeks ago and it was an online order for delivery. We place the order at 5:38 and i... was called at 6:21 to confirm my address and was told it would be out for delivery. Long story short, I called back 3 times withone of theirs being out on hold for over 25 mins. We called from another phone while I was on hold and asked for a manager. Wewere then told the pizza was out for delivery but driver had been in a wreck right at our location. She offered to remake thepizza( at this point, it had been 3 hours since the order was placed. We agreed and went to pick the order up, we love 2 blocksfrom the store. Upon arriving, the pizzas were being made and no refund was offered, including the delivery fee of 5$ and mydriver tip of 10$. We got home and the pizzas were not fully cooked and the sides were not correct. I have since contactedcustomer service and was told the store would reach out in 3 days. Still nothing and it has been 6. I have contacted customerservice 2 more times and still no response. I am BEYOND livid. I do not recommend wasting your time or money. Read more

2/23/21 - There were good and bad points to our first P.H. order at this location. The positives: ordering and paying by phone... with curbside pickup was very convenient. The two employees I dealt with were courteous and professional, and the pizza came outvery quickly. (Well under the allotted 15-20 minutes.) BUT, once home, my hubs and I were quite disappointed with the currentpromotional DETROIT pizza. I ordered the Supremo version which came with Italian Sausage, Green Bell Peppers, and Onions.(Unfortunately, I did not check the pizza before I left the parking lot, partly because it smelled really good.) The box states:"50% more cheese, and Loaded with toppings"... that was NOT what we had before us. There were SEVERAL bites within each slicethat only consisted of sauce and bread, and maybe the thinnest hint of cheese. We were both famished, so we ate it anyway. But,to try to end on a positive note, when we did get a bite with all three ingredients present it tasted as you'd hope, just notvery cheesy. And, the (promo, Detroit-style?) crust was lighter, spongy, and the crispy edges were very nice. We're gonna givethese guys a second chance, but paying $14.93 for the version of the Detroit Supremo Pizza we received left us feeling cheatedand disappointed. Read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would! After watching Pizza Hut commercials for the last two days?thought we?d give them a... try! What a disappointment?so frustrated!!! Ordered two specialty pizzas and brownie online?that?s the ONLY thing that wasgood! Pizza (NOT BROWNIE) was delivered TWO HOURS later and COLD, HARD, DISGUSTING!!! **Gonna try to upload pics) Not evenclose to edible. Called what i thought was the store but it was a service center that put me on hold for over 11 min and thenhung up on me. BF called, waited six minutes and when i finally got to talk to tge ?manager? she NEVER apologized, just saudtgey were busy. As for not sending my brownie?she said she had been adking her employees for the ladt hour who it belonged tooand no one knew! I foukd go on and on with what happened next?but im starving and Dominos just arrived?ordered it 35 min ago andit just arrived?SUPER Hot!!! Kudos to Dominos Pizza Hut?MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Will NOT ever order from them again and willtell everyone I know how awful the food was and the customer service was even worse! Manager should definitely be fired!!!
