Apparently the Detroit style pizza comes w/ sauce smeared all on top & said they would charge me again juss to remake it w/o the... sauce smeared on top, was 15 min late on the order & girl goes from sweeping to takin? people?s orders w/o even washin? herhands get these amateurs outta here, they make Pizza Hut look bad. If I could give a negative rating I would. Ordered and paid for a pizza and never received it. Called to inquire as the delivery... was over an hour late. Was told my order was waiting on a driver. My guest had begun to leave to get their own food. I sharedthis with the representative and mentioned it would have been nice to have received a call to inform me of a possible delay. Thelady responds by saying " Yeah..have a nice day" then hung up the phone. I paid for not only the pizza, but for delivery andtip. No pizza, no delivery and deplorable customer service. Called the complaint line and awaiting callback as a full refund isin order and Pizza Hut is Dead to me. Read more
There are over 6 people waiting on food for close to an hour now. when it should have been 10 to 15 minutes. they are passing... out orders to the wrong people. the kitchen is a mess. Pizzas are coming out burnt and ending up on the floor. the workershaven't cleaned up. this happened a month ago when I came to this location.i can honestly say, I will not be back to thislocation. they can't even fermenter who paid and who didn't pay. What has happened to Pizza Hut? Or is it just this location. Paid 35.00 for the worst pizza I have ever had. How do you screw up... a cheese pizza? Honestly we couldn't even find the cheese on it. Don?t bother ordering they won?t tell you their specials when you call to place an order. When you go to pick up you see the... specials listed and no accommodations will be made for you. Door Dash brought half my order. I ask where's rest of my order? They reply," That's all Pizza Hut gave us." This was not a good... experience and it did not end well. I asked Door Dash to wait until I call the store to see what happen to the rest of my order.They (as in 2 or more people in car)...speed off; without waiting. It was also highly concerning that the pizza ???? didn't evenhave a safety seal on it. When they stop doing that? Safety seals need to be mandatory. Especially if you are going to havesecondary delivery company's like Door Dash delivering. This person had extra people in the car riding with her and that ishighly unsanitary. On top of all that, Pizza Hut got their delivery fee and Door Dash got equal tip. But I still had to getdressed (not feeling well) and travel 45 min (round trip) to get refunded for a item I did not receive and that they know theydidn't even have to begin with. When I get to the store to try and retrieve some of the money that Door Dash dashed off with;you say you tried to call me to say you didn't have product. You could have easily text (because my delivery & account is set upfor text alert) and there was clearly no effort put in leaving a voicemail because I saw a call trying to come through after Ialready had been transferred to the Pizza Hut store manager. She proceeded to say that she would send the other part of my orderout which I waited 2 hrs for before finally receiving a cancellation message via text; from the 2nd Door Dash delivery personwho was supposed to bring the other part of my order. JUST MESSY!!! This is not the first time I have received HORRIBLE customerservice/food from Pizza Hut. This incident was not handled properly!
