Good food, quick service for a good value!

This was my first time stopping by Pita Delight. They had so many options including vegan platters and sandwiches. I decided to... try their everyday $5 dollar burger meal. I was amazed. Tasted like my dad had just cooked it off the grill included fries and adrink something you don't see these days. The restaurant was pretty spacious and clean, the staff super friendly, and my ordercame out quickly and it was super fresh. I can't wait to return. Been eating here my entire life, 30 years ago it had a great family run restaurant feel and the food was always freshly... prepared. There was always that ?hello? and ?goodbye? when you came or went. Over the years they have gone way down hill. Lastnight, we ate there and they were supposed to remain open until 8 according to their sign and google. They turned the open signoff and turned off the lights in the place at 7:40 while my wife, one year old and myself were still eating. They got anattitude when I asked for an extra dressing stating they normally charge extra for it which is only at this location and not atthe other locations so huge inconsistency. Onion petals were burnt and over cooked, the chicken was super dry and just overallquality of food has gone way down. I have been eating here for 30 years. In the beginning there was an authentic family feel. Great food and atmosphere. A ?hello... or goodbye as you arrived and left. The food and atmosphere has been eroding in the past 10 years to today where I will say thisis my last time eating here. The food felt like leftovers re heated. They forgot the signature sauce and said oops afterfinished eating it. I just assumed they cut costs and stopped providing it before I asked. Everything is measured from a bucketof pre made chicken, beef etc and reheated. I give this experience a blah 1 star as I would have done the same for my last 10visits.
