OMFG. This place was so good, I cannot describe it in words. The service was amazing and our server always attended to our needs... and was extremely nice. Even thought their Thai basil chicken wings were the best wings I've ever had, all of the other food wasalmost on par with them. Food was amazing. The area was a bit crowded; it seems because the place is very popular. The noodles in the phó were a bit... hard. I would recommend softening them a bit before serving them. This place has been on my list for awhile but finally got to try it!!! First of all, this place is big inside! It's like 3... buildings combined into one! We came on a Tuesday night and the parking lot was full around 6 already! Service was alrightbecause they were under staffed. I do want to say both the basil chicken and the pho tasted great and very flavorful. After Igot home, I was very thirsty, and usually that's a sign of having MSG in the food. Tasty soup broth for pho! Great friendly service. Fast table turnover! Hot foods. Although a lemon was served, I missed having a... lime. Fried crispy spting roll with fish sauce was different- expected a little better quality. Tofu and peanut sauce - thicksauce delicious and decent fried tofu could use a little more doneness inside. This is my absolute favorite place for Pho in the triad! Whenever I'm feeling the need for my pho fix and my auntie's not making... any, I drive on over to this restaurant where I can always expect to get in within a reasonable amount of time withoutreservations. I think it says a lot that the staff here can manage to continuously cater to insane crowds of people during thelunch/dinner rush and manage to keep their food tasting great. This is especially true of their pho which almost always comesout quickest if that's what you're here for. Perfectly portioned for a full stomach, with the tastiest broth, you really onlyneed the hoisin sauce, siracha and lemon to finish it up. Lao people like to have a mess of ingredients to add to their pho, butI enjoy the simplicity of only needing the essentials here. I'm also a fan of their shrimp spring rolls. You only get one perorder, but it's a generous size. It comes with a peanut/hoisin dip that's super thick and a satisfying condiment to the shrimpand herb stuffed wrap. Also pictured is the pad thai. I think the way the pad thai tastes says a lot about how well aThai/Vietnamese restaurant can cook and my hubby really enjoyed his. We've eaten a lot of other noodles dishes from the menuincluding their lad na and drunken noodles to name a few and have also enjoyed them as well.
