They answered the phone hung on me so I called back the didn?t... want to pick up the phone because they remembered what my number looked like. Found a soaked pizza and 2 liter on my front porch the morning after the storm hurricane Ian. Looked to see which home it should... have gone to because we didn't order it. Called the intended customer, He said he never got a replacement order. I called thePapa John's location in an effort to help the guy out. The Papa John's employee didn't even attempt to remedy the situation. Shewouldn't even let me give her the address. When service after sales is poor I stop doing business with the company. I won't begoing back to Papa John's, because this could have happened to my family and I would have wanted them to help me. Read more
I wish I could add this video I recorded (I may add some screenshots of the video) of an employee at this Papa Johns on Holden... digging in his pocket, texting touching his phone, scratching his hair and wiping his sweat then dipping his hands in theshredded cheese and sprinkling cheese on pizzas, didn?t wash his hands once nor had on gloves. Ordered our food at 7pm and didn?t receive it until 10:20pm. We contacted customer service and weren?t helped and contacted the... store at 8:30 and was told there was a delay. 5 minutes later the app stated it was otw (we?re only 10 minutes away) So at 9pmwe called and the store couldn?t tell us if the order was still there or with a DoorDash driver at first and then said it waswith a driver and they didn?t know where it was. I was tired and told them to cancel the order and refund me. I go to bed, andat 10:20pm a driver shows up with an ice cold pizza knocking at the door. We ordered through the papa johns site and they choseDoorDash as the 3rd party delivery service. My issue with papa johns is they straight told me they only had 1 delivery driver onschedule for a Friday n had to use DoorDash. Then to not be able to physically look and see if the pizza was still in thebuilding was crazy. A total waste. Please don?t call customer service either, they will refer you back to the store and they?reunable to help with anything. Don?t order from here, they seem to always be short staffed which I can understand but customerservice and management seem to careless and don?t even apologize or offer to re bake your orders even after it sits for over 30minutes while they wait on drivers. The worst Papa John's I've ever been to in my entire life. Place a order was told it'll be ready in 20 minutes went up there... paid for my order then was told it hasn't been put in the oven yet. If you like loud rap music this is the place for you as theyhad it blaring and they were backed up on orders so they're obviously not trained. I hope Papa John's revokes this franchisebecause it's literally the worst one I've ever seen. Take the extra time to drive to a better Papa John's. Read more
Called, placed our order for five pizzas. We were never told it may be two hours before our order was delivered. As of now, it?s... 8:01pm we placed our order at 6:36pm. We called, the manager said, our pizzas have been ready over 30 minutes, they are waitingon a driver-no compensation. When asked about the pizzas being cold-my husband was told-?yes, they will be delivered cold.? Read more
Service isn't ever good but the food is usually made fast. The new stuff crust isn't really good I do enjoy Papa Johns a few... times a year. On this visit we got a beef, onion, with extra cheese and a meats. Read more
