I went to papa Johns about two weeks ago and ordered a pizza and it wasn?t cut so the manager told me I would get 50% off my... next order . I call today 11/18 and I?m told I can?t get that and that they are closed even though the website says until 12 am. Everytime I order there it?s horrible customer service and my order is wrong and the managers aren?t pleasant about mycomplaint and furthermore I went to another papa johns and got my order picked up no problem. I ordered the new papa bowls. We tried the veggie & meat trio. It was literally melted cheese over a few veggies in heavy sauce... & no pasta. His was 5 meatballs & 5 pepperoni & some other kind of meat covered in sauce & melted cheese. It was falseadvertising! Could have added bread sticks at least. This is a no. Stay safe. Read more

Didn?t receive all of my order.Called the store & spoke to the manager. Told me with an attitude that they use door dash drivers... & he doesn?t have any drivers and that is their fault the reason I didn?t receive all of my order. I ordered through the papaJohns website so I expect for them to handle the problem. If I had knew they use door dash drivers I would?ve never placed myorder for delivery. Fresh great pizza & I didn?t know they had great deals like the $6 mix and match deal we grabbed 2 med pep with the Chocolate... chip brownie! We was so glad that they had power during the ice storm to get us through the night! The only issue I was not ableto choose thin crust as an option but other than that great pizza! Read more
