Never been here before, wasn't planning on it, landed there by chance. But BEST mistake we could have made! Great food. Loved... that the recipes seemed very original. I remember the first time I ate at a Panera. It was amazing. Now fast forward to today. The bagels are so cold that I wish they... would turn the temperature up in the restaurant so the bagel isn't freezing. The coffee is so weak. It tastes more like coffeeflavored water. The employee who made the coffee didn't even know they sold vanilla lattes when she rang it up beforehand. Thenwe had to go back in to get part of our order that was left out of the bag. If it isn't any better than this, you might aswell save the money and go to McDonald's. Read more
Panera seems to be slipping. The inside was very dirty. The dine-in soup was given in a to-go bowl. French Onion soup had no... cheese nor croutons on top. If I?m spending $15 on a meal, let?s at least make the soup worthwhile. I?ll hit the Panera on 68next time. Read more

Syd & Brandon were so friendly. Thank you- it?s a rarity today. Syd gave many helpful suggestions and was very nice and patient... with myself and my toddler, allowing me to sample the papaya green tea before purchasing. She also informed me that we had afree sweet we could redeem. My toddler Mason was super excited about this and screamed ?donut!?, so it was pretty great. Thepapaya green tea was a great alternative to some of the other sugary, higher calorie, caffeine teas available from the Sip Club.The pecan twist was a nice sweet treat, and the half sandwich I came for was plenty. The chicken chipotle avocado sandwich isalways such a tasty combination of ingredients and such a great alternative to other nearby quick food options.
