OVERRATED other than freshly baked items. The soufflé's are good, if you can get there early enough to get one. They bake so... few they are doing themselves a great disservice. Really tasty muffins, cinnamon rolls, cheese Danish, bagels are good also, butoften in short supply. Read more

I've never had any issues with this location. The workers seem friendly, and our food has always come out hot and fresh. Their... bakery tends to be lacking and they are usually sold out of several things when we get there. People go here expecting it to besome Michelin star restaurant. It's "gourmet hospital" food at best. What do you expect for fast food? Read more

Wow, I really don?t like leaving bad reviews but this experience kind of turned my day around so I feel like I have to leave a... review. I placed a curbside pick-up order on the app before arriving. I pull into the space 10 minutes later. The sign outsidethe store and the app all have very specific directions, such as ?Do Not Leave Your Car.? I look at the app about 20 minutesinto the waiting process and see it says it?s done. Then, it disappears. I wait another 20 minutes, trying to distract myself,I am now starving and frustrated. I see the call option on the app so I call, and the employee proceeds to tell me that you haveto come in to get your order. That?s fine! But say so, either on the app or the sign. Also, don?t call it ?Curbside Pick-Up?maybe. I go inside and proceed to wait another 15 minutes even though there appears to be ample employees. I am only mentioningthis because the wait had nothing to do with a lack of staff like places have nowadays. There were 3 employees dealing with thisone customer, who I am sure was being more difficult than she seemed, but regardless, she was not exhibiting bad behavior, so itwas not even that type of situation. No one spoke to any of the customers or offered to open another register. There was nodirection. The pick-up stations did not have food in them and there was no way to get the attention of another employee withoutinterrupting. Finally, I received my food. The soup did not have croutons or cheese and I did not receive a spoon for my soup.Small, but when paired with the other issues, it just was the cherry on top. Read more

I had taken food two times from there. First time I took chicken noodle soup which was not fresh, felt old and at the same time... the serving tray was not clean. I told it to one of the staffs, he simply did not care. Second time I took avocado meltchipotle chicken sandwich. I took it many times from other panera but this time the sandwich bread was full of salt. I could noteat it. I do not know what happened to them on that day but this sandwich is supposed to be very tasty. Read more

Absolutely reprehensible experience. Not only did they forget two items, one of which was a soup, but the other was my sons Mac... and cheese. Once I turned around and headed back to the store to let them know, I was met with the silent attitude that impliesthat somehow I was doing something wrong. But worst of all, is that somehow, this photo is the $6.00 Mac and cheese that theyfelt was acceptable to put into the bowl for the customer. An absolutely incredible lack of care and insult to this customer.I?m astounded at how this apathy and negligence even occurs. Read more

Experience on 11/17/2021, 8:26 pm. Didn't get greeted to begin with. We ordered three soups (1 creamy tomato and 2 french onion)... along with sandwiches. Asked to make sure cheese and crotons were in the soup. The cashier charged extra for cheese withoutinforming even though the description on the website says the French onion soup already comes with certain type of cheese. Whenasked about not informing about extra charge for cheese (since two of the soups already has cheese) and requested a refund, theyasked if you want a bagel instead of refund. After saying no the this generous offer (pun intended), the manager gave severalcoins back in my hand instead of asking how would I want my refund since I paid through my card. By this time the order wasready at pick area and the guy who prepared the order in kitchen didn't even put extra cheese that I had already paid for in thebeginning (before even asking for a refund). The order was also missing croutons that were supposed to come with the soups and Ihad to fight the highschool age employee with red hair for that. She had the audacity to say that they are not trained to givethe croutons with the soups at this location. After showing her the menu description with the picture she still argued with me.We told her that we have been coming to this location for many years and never had a problem with croutons in the soup then weheard her saying another employee to give two minibags of croutons and not three (since we had ordered three soups). One of thesoup container wasn't even closed properly and it had leaked inside the bag on all the napkins and plasticware which we noticedafter getting home. The soup was not even a bit hot and we had to microwave it to eat. Very upsetting and disappointingexperience. Employees were judgemental at this location and were talking about us which we clearly heard and they made it veryapparent as well. This place is a mess! Dirty tables, counters and floors at 3pm with barely any guest in the restaurant. They were out on a lot... of bread and therefore certain sandwiches were no longer available. I received a wrong order but was able to get a refund. I wasmore upset that there were no napkins to clean off the mess on one of the tables that we wanted to use. Read more
