Not a pleasant experience to say the least. My personal food that I ate had several problems, one of which was absolutely cold... chili was served to me it was colder on the bottom than it was on the top where it sat under the heat lamps, and when my primerib sandwich arrived there was aluminum foil mixed all in with the meat and cheese. Our favorite thing was when we sat downafter about 12 minutes a server finally came up introduced himself and said "sorry folks I'm a little under the weathertonight." That made us feel great. Finally, the environment is just not a very welcoming one. It was an hour and a half beforeclosing so the crowd had thinned down tremendously, and they were probably at 20% occupancy but they seated everyone back toback with people so there were groups of four in about three different places around the restaurant. It made the conversationsawkward because you were constantly having to speak over the people behind or beside you but there was not the usual clatter andclamor that would be when you were forced to sit that closely together because of a full house. I will say, the second chilibrought to me was tasty and good the new Tasmanian chili will probably be a winner for them. The portion of the sandwich I atebefore I discovered the tin foil was tasty, but tin foil in a sandwich is one of the most cringe-worthy things there is so thatkind of ended my night right there. Another in our party ordered a medium rare steak and got what he described as a hockeypuck. It is probably a larger indictment of the service industry overall at this point, but this particular restaurant is nothaving as good of good success with overcoming that obstacle as others seem to be at this time. I had to wait four hours for my appetizers and when it came it they didn?t have many items on the menu. Their food wasn?t cooked... all the way. They were basically out of everything. Didn?t have carrots or mashed potatoes they was just put over everything buthad regular baked potatoes. My service at this particular location was the worst I ever experienced. The water was the bestthing on the menu here. Read more
My wife and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. We asked to sit at the bar and the bartender Adam went above and beyond to make... sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic and the drinks Adam made were absolutely amazing. We will definitely beback. Read more
My girlfriend and I stopped in the other evening for what was suppose to be a ?quick dinner.? When we got there, we were told... there would a be a short wait so we decided to just dine at the bar area. We were waited on by the bartender, Adam, and honestlyhe just made the whole night unforgettable! The food was fantastic but the drinks, jokes and hospitality we received from Adammade our evening. Will certainly be back!!! Read more

The kitchen staff did overcook oursteaks a tad but due to her fantastic demeanor we didn't even care and didn't even mention it till we were leaving. Read more
