I got an amazing gluten free dairy free pizza. It was also low fodmap. Gluten free crust, plain olive oil as the base, vegan... cheese, Roma tomatoes and bacon. Amazing pizza, and they were super helpful with my restrictions. Edit: please clarify that youwant the plain olive oil as they do have garlic olive oil. I made this mistake and regret it. I think it's the nicest Mellow Mushroom I've been to. I particularly liked getting served in ceramic plates. Also our waitress... was amazing. So why only three stars? If you're going to have a baby change table in the ladies room... there should be one inthe men's room, too. It's not that there's not enough space, either... See the photos! The one with the change table is theladies room. I'll update this review to five stars when I see evidence that the men's room has a change table, too. Seriously,this is my only complaint. And yes, seriously, it's worth a two-star demerit to me. Read more
Delicious as expected. I?m very fond of Mellow Mushroom pizza and am not usually disappointed when I go. This was again a time... of not being disappointed. Cute atmosphere with many different chandeliers for lighting and a lot of seating available. Myserver was very friendly. I asked about their sour beers and she let me sample some before ordering anything. Very grateful forthis, as I normally like sour beers, but didn?t like any of the options. I ended up going with a brown ale instead. Also beerselection was huge if you?re a beer fan! I ordered a small Maui Wowie pizza. This has pesto, mozzarella, ham, pineapple, jerkchicken, banana peppers and apple wood smoked bacon. I really like the flavor and toppings, although I might have left off thebanana peppers next time. Got the holy shitake pie, it was soooo delicious. Our waitress was very kind despite being the only one on the whole floor. Our... service was quick and she was great. All of the food was amazing. My only complaint is a hair I found cooked into my pretzelbites, it seems the cooks don?t wear hair nets. Other than that, the food was delicious and it was just a little hair! Read more
Delicious food, quick service. Maui Wowie is great with just a little heat. When entering a man was sitting on a stool in front... of the door begging for money, (not food) he was nice, held the door for us. We told the management/ hostess? And she said ohok. He was still there when we left, acting as a doorman. Sad for him but everyone who eats here must speak with him and decideto give him cash or not to in case he has a habit to support. The Holy Shiitake Pie is to die for, it?s very rich and a small is perfect for me and the lady with an appetizer. They added... some cloud 9 wings to the menu, they make good baked wings. I?ve tried the meatball pizza and a sausage as well, the sausagewas crumbled and their crust has a nice flavor. Fortunately the pizza is delightful as my first time there a month ago was verylack luster with our server who didn?t appear to care about her job. However our server last weekend was top notch and it justgoes to show the pride some people have with a can do customer service attitude. Read more
