Ordered 2 #7 (2 cheeseburger meal deals) and asked for ketchup and mayonnaise when ordering at the drive thru. Got my drinks and... bag of food, drove around my son reported there was no ketchup just 8 packs of mayonnaise. I pulled into a parking space he wentin and got ketchup. Pulled out of parking lot and was sitting at the stop light and he reported that there was only 2cheeseburgers and 2 fries... meaning 2 cheeseburgers was missing..I had to drive thru the light and turn around and go back toget my other burgers.. all this made us late for an appointment which added to the inconvenience! I understand they may be shortstaffed but that doesn't account for orders not being accurate. Read more
I can?t even give this location a full star if I?m being honest. I?m not one to leave reviews for food service but I am... absolutely disgusted right now. My husband and I just moved here and decided to stop for a quick bite while running errands? aregrettable decision. Besides the extremely rude employees (by the way worst customer service I?ve ever experienced) there was adead bug in the bottom of my fries ????. This place is unsanitary and needs to be inspected ASAP! Don?t trust the food here! Read more
Problems with the app. I spent 30 minutes at the counter trying to figure it out. I did, the employee ignored me. They gave... me the food and I am an order of 6 piece nuggets and 2 orders of kids fries. REALLY. 1 job people. You looked at my order onthe screen and this was a manager that did this. Read more
Went there Friday night to take my mother something different from the hospital food she has been eating at cone during her stay... and it was cold and nasty! They were busy as hell and the food should of been piping hot having to wait in line for 10 minutes.The busier the establishment the more hot the food should be IMO! Read more

Wow! Seriously, off from work and decided to get some food for the hubs, and I. Well I waited for the both our burgers, no... problem?but when I got home! Why the heck wasn?t it all the way cooked??! Like seriously not everyone want their beer rare!!Shessssh it?s a drive to go back, when it cold and late out! I can?t even get anyone to answer the darn phone! In front of a dining room full of customers, the managers here vehemently accused me of lying about not receiving my breakfast... order! The back and forth, (me explaining that I was given the wrong order and them insisting that hadn?t, despite having a bagof McGriddles I DIDN?T order in my possession) was embarrassing and went on for over 5 minutes! Here?s what unfortunatelyhappened: Upon ordering, I was asked to pull forward to receive my order, I didn?t discover until I arrived home that the bagof food handed to me was, in fact, the wrong order. I returned to the store with a bag full of McGriddles that I didn?t orderand asked them to correct the mistake. Instead, or acting like they had one iota of sense or customer service training, theycalled forth the young woman who handed me the bag in question. Sneering, ?She says she gave you the bag?. Yes, she did. Thewrong bag. I show them the bag of McGriddles, and while rolling their eyes, they insisted loudly (essentially yelling) thatdespite having the wrong order in my possession. I was given my correct order (huh?) All of this in front of my 5-year-oldson. I have never experienced such terrible service and rude people. It was embarrassing and absolutely ridiculous. I?m aformer special education teacher and current mental health counselor. I know all about maladaptive behaviors and the behaviordisplayed by these managers (a black female and Hispanic male) was completely unacceptable.
