I came here at 2:45 am for an Uber eats order. That I waited a whole hour for but never received. I waited so long because first... and foremost at the intercom where they take your order I asked did they have the order just so I wouldn?t waste time and theguy on the headset checked and told me yes to pull to the second window. To then get to the second window and be pulled to thethird window because ?it wasn?t ready?. They was busy and the long was long so I figured that was the reason it was taking solong but I realized cars behind me was getting there stuff so it didn?t make sense that I wasn?t. I told my husband (he rideswith sometime for safety) to walk back to the second window and check on the order because I wasn?t about to drive around andwait in the long line again. Just for the big fro having guy to tell him they system down. So i decided to go to the secondwindow myself to confirm what my husband said and to ask if they system is down at what point was someone going to come to thatthird window and let me know. The original lady that pulled me to the third window chimed in and proceeded to act as if shedidn?t remember pulling me and then another black lady or man/stud helped out trying to justify their actions by saying we don?ttake DoorDash and Uber order between 3 & 4 am trying to be so smart but really sounding dumb considering I didn?t come betweenthose hours I got the order itself around 230 and arrived at 245 i asked for their names. The fro guy said his name was John p Idoubt that?s his name though so I took pictures because the staff needs to be held accountable they suck and it could of beensimple to just say we stopped making those orders early instead of pulling me and acting like they was making it. I am a delivery driver and I usually turn down any orders from this McDonald's because there are huge lines and huge waiting... times. However last week I took three orders all three were a complete disaster. I advise anyone to not order from thisMcDonald's late night all three orders that I waited up to 45 minutes in line for were canceled because by the time I got to thewindow they said that either they didn't have the order or their system was down. I have notified both Uber eats and doordash oftheir inefficiencies and that something needs to be done so they need to address these issues however so far it just continuesto happen. I have been a delivery drivers for 6 years and can honestly say any late night orders at this restaurant have beenvery bad by the time we get the food it's very cold and has been sitting there for a while my suggestion is for them to have twoseparate areas one for pickups and one for people making late night orders I will not accept orders from this restaurant everagain. Anyone that orders late night from McDonald's you can order from the one at wendover it's open 24 hours they are muchmore efficient and have much less wait times I hope this helps someone. Read more
Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to and the food is almost always cold or wrong. I give 2 stars because I understand places are... short staffed but at least have the food hot and the orders correct. Read more
The place is clean and the kid working the register was very friendly. The WiFi was fast. It wasn't very busy but the food was... slow to come out and the hand sanitizers for the customers were empty. The food was good though and my custom order was correctwhen I got it. Read more
Ordered one thing but got something else that I don?t even eat then when I called I got hung up on.
Service was fast and accurate. The fires were fresh and crispy but was not as good as I've had before. The cheeseburgers were... nothing extra so they get a 4/5. Would I visit this location again? Absolutely. Was it in the top locations I've visited, no. Read more
Everytime I go there I get raw food. Then the management gets nasty with u as if u did something wrong by bringing it back. Also... they always mess up my orders ND the orders of my doordash customers. Read more
Order was wrong and once delivered we called and got the run around as if it was our fault and we need to fix it. Very... unprofessional. Need to take customer service classes or train management staff before giving them promotions that aren?t verywell deserved. Ordered a Mcrib and got a fish filet ???? We shouldn?t be held responsible the gas and time to take to come andreceive the right food we ordered in the first place!! Read more
