I used to not like little Caesar?s pizza but I must say this was excellent pizza. They lost stars because it took way too long... in the drive through line - close to 35 minutes. And after all that the order was wrong. Read more

The fact that you can walk in and get a pizza within minutes is really the only reason I patronize the place. Well that's not... going to happen again. I waited almost 30 minutes for my pizza. It took 5 minutes to even take my order and it wasn't busy. Thetwo ppl working up front thought it was comedy hour instead of taking orders. Read more

Randleman Rd location: Never have hot & ready pizzas ready, regardless of the time of day. We've been there four times this... month and each time had to wait 10 minutes. West Gate City inside Great Stops: I know to always check the pizza, but I didn't.When we got home and opened the box we were grossed out. The pizza was burned, rock hard and inedible. We tried to call thestore but no one answered the phone. I wouldn't recommend trying to call in any orders at this location. Update: Drove back toexchange a pizza that was burned too badly for the kids to eat. Asked the cashier for an exchange, she said they could makeanother. Waited for a half hour, chatting with the ladies that work on the Great Stops side (they are super nice!). After awhile we couldn't find any Little Caesars employees (they hang out on the side or back of the building), we noticed that therewere several pizzas ready in the hot box but weren't sure if they were orders. When the cashier came back I asked if the pizzawas ready and she said "What pizza?". I reminded her that we were exchanging the burned pizza. She replied that she hadcompletely forgotten and that she didn't remember me at all because she's got a lot going on. This experience made me feel veryuncomfortable, I don't like returning or complaining about food and am always friendly. I will not be returning to theselocations any time in the near future Read more
