Staffing issues, so you close the Drive thru??? Doesn't make sense to me. The young lady taking my order said the frozen drink... they had for Halloween, "Wasn't available right now, because no one wanted to take the time to make them."!!! OK... I want to give 0 stars for this location. Ordered some doughnuts first thing in the morning on my way to work at the hospital in... honor of Respiratory care week and they taste like they had been sitting for days!! Called to complain and the supervisor saidbring them back and they can be replaced...how am I supposed to bring them back when they have been halfway eaten by the staffand threw in the trash??!! Currently standing in this place. Every table is dirty, every window is dirty, very few donuts available, not hot drinks... because no one knows how to clean the machine. Donuts sitting open on counter. Workers standing around. Poor quality and poorservice. Read more
This isn?t the first problem I?ve had with this location. Wanted to try the birthday cake shake but when I got the window no one... came for a good 10 mins total. I seen at least 4-5 workers just socializing and 3 of them for sure made eye contact with me andstill didn?t come to the window to acknowledge me and practice customer service saying that they?re simply busy. Instead theycontinued to make conversation in which I just drove off because of the lack of communication I have received. The long waitisn?t the problem. Krispy Kreme usually is a good experience never really had a bad one here at this location and the donuts are delicious every... time. Iam picky so I don't try all the flavors but recently got cake batter it was good but too sweet to finish! Read more
the employees are so rude here. we asked what donuts were available 2 hours before closing. and we were told they were ?only?... out of practically everything. there were only 2 options. and then they proceeded to upcharge us for getting the only twooptions. then the donuts were so ice cold that they hurt our teeth to eat. they were also the smallest donuts i?ve ever seen inmy life. I often wonder why do people view donut shops as some michelin star service, in reality there is nothing special about them.... They are just donuts, glazed, unglazed, with sprinkles, chocolate etc. It doesn?t matter at all, they taste almost the same. Idon?t say that they are bad, I just don?t find them delicious, they are just donuts. I also ordered strawberry milkshake and itwas really good. The place was very dirty tho, especially machines in the back. Overall, mediocre experience, but i would driveby for some donuts from time to time. Read more
