Ordered the spicy chicken bowl and it looked like they just pour chili oil with whatever else that was suppose to be in it.... Didn't realized I ordered a soup. When my husband went in to get a refund the manager gave him an attitude and had the nerve tosay that it was supposed to look like that no matter where we ordered it from. No ma'am, I ordered this before and only thechicken had the spicy sauce on it. So try again. Food sucks just like that managers attitude. Would give 0 stars if possible. Read more
So disappointed ???? with the entire experience! Ordered ahead and arrived late, still had to wait 10 - 15 mins before order was... ready. The staff was not professional nor kind with the exception of 1 young lady in a solid red shirt and she was excellent asfar as kindness, smiling and customer service, she certainly doesn't belong with the remaining rude, unprofessional crew whoacted as if our presence bothered them. As we were finally getting our order and starting to.leave a guy was coming in with hisorder and wanted a refund, said it was cold and the chicken didn't taste good and was full of grease! I didn't think much ofthat at all UNTIL I got home, served my family, got 90% of the food on their plates returned untouched (which never happens) andfinally took a moment to eat my dinner before putting away the leftovers. YUCK ???? is an understatement! The chicken (darkmeat, original recipe) was full of grease...overloaded and the salt was so heavy I couldn't continue trying to figure out whatthe remaining displeasing, foul, almost rotten taste was! I can't believe that I spent my hard earned money on this nastiness,but after eating a whole 4 bites, my stomach was so sick and my heartburn was so intense I couldn't drag myself back to KFC toask for a refund. So, with that said this is my last visit to KFC. Their standards of food and staff have fallen through thecracks and they are now content to allow the secret recipe turn into something along the same lines of pig slop! This KFC is the newest location of most KFCs in Greensboro and it has turned out to be the worst. I visited a week ago and spent... $38 on disgusting food. My toddler loves their chicken pot pies, but she threw this one back up. This particular pot pie'sfilling tasted like clumpy mashed up potatoes. The 4-pc original chicken combo I ordered tasted like old chicken cooked in oldgrease. The mashed potatoes were as loose as potato soup. I've ordered slaw that was (extremely dry)...had no juice on it. ANDI've been given slaw that was old. I should not pull my utensil out of the slaw and the juice pulls stringy like slime. Ugh...KFC should really lower their prices and revamp their employees. I've had chicken from gas stations that taste 10x better. Read more
I guess they ran out of mashed potatoes because they gave us less than half the container of *completely unseasoned* mashed... potatoes (no salt, no pepper, the blandest nastiest thing I?ve ever eaten) then added some of their gross fries on the side butdidn?t bother to mention it. Ordered an 8-pc but there were no drumsticks. The chicken was over cooked and dry. They didn?t putour gravy in the bag at all. Got our order wrong and the food was nasty. Went to the drive thru and place a order for dinner. Got my order. Got home looked at my order. The three piece dinner had two... drum sticks, the chicken bowl was nothing but mac n chese. I took photos. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager(Tiffany). I explained to her about my order. She was rude over the phone and never apologized or offer for to bring back thefood. She just kept saying she prepared the food. I informed her that i would contact KFC corporation. Her reply ok. I willnever ever buy anything from KFC. Read more
The worst KFC I've ever been to. I've come twice and both times the service is awful. They don't tell you that you are gonna... have a long wait for your food. I came today and they told me I couldn't order the mac and cheese bowl by itself even though thewebsite was gonna let me order it online for that exact location by itself and then when I go ahead and get the combo becausethey said I had to. They didn't bother to inform me the wait would be ridiculously long. I waited like 20 minutes one lady saysthey are waiting on the mac and cheese with an attitude and then when I tell them to cancel my order the other one says thefries were done and it was ready. So were they waiting on the fries or the mac and cheese?? I'll stick to going to Asheboro theyhave better service and better workers!!! Read more
I have ordered this from many other kfc spots and it never looked or smelled like this. I didn't even eat it potatoes smelled... bad, chicken looked old, and way to much sauce on my food. Don't eat here. Read more
