I went through the drive-thru ordered a 12-piece family dinner. The chicken was undercooked they macaroni was very much under... portion got no gravy. I called KFC on Randleman road in Greensboro. The management of time was a female she told me to keep myreceipt and bring it up back up there within 30 days they were replaced the meal. So I went back up there the following week,there was a different manager and he had told me he was not going to do that regardless. And there was no females as managementthere. So I responded and said well you had a female manager last Thursday when I come in. They manager he turned around andsaid oh come back tomorrow she will be here. So I go back in the next day no she was not on the schedule. I will never give KFCmy business again that was bad business and bad food.. Read more
Manager named Wayne was non-responsive and just rude to customers and staff. Did not acknowledge any customers at the counter or... quick pick up station. Wayne completely ignored any communication with any customers. The rest of the staff was very helpful. Read more

We stopped by the drive thru for a quick dinner. The lady taking the order informed us that the hot wings would take ten minutes... to cook and assured us that it would be worth it if we could wait. Fast food places are NEVER transparent about wait times so Iapplaud the young lady for providing us facts and letting us decide what we wanted to do based on those facts. If this were acommon occurrence then it would probably eliminate most of the drama that people witness in fast food restaurants. We waited theten minutes and I was pleasantly surprised by the wings and the new fries that are on the menu. Job well done; Keep up the greatwork! Read more
The management at this Kentucky fried chicken in Greensboro NC is very polite and friendly, they were very efficient and kept a... great pace. The neighborhood isn't exactly sparkling and cheery but the chicken and biscuits were fresh and delicious. I'll beback again next time. Read more
