The chicken was extremely greasy and soggy. The cashier was very unprofessional. She was yawning on the intercom while taking... my order. The food was horrible. I ordered a 3pc with fries. What made my experience so bad the last two times I've gone there is the girl at the drive-thru has no customer service skills... she doesn't say hello she doesn't say thank you she doesn't say anything she barely opens her mouth if you speak to her she takeyour money send your food out the window and close the window. Called prior to coming to the store for a special order. Spoke with a "manager". When I arrived the order was bagged and ready!... However, it was not what was ordered at all! Half the amount of chicken ordered none of the specific pieces ordered, nobiscuits... This location never fails to disappoint! Read more
I've ordered KFC on many occasions and it's been horrible, they always forget things for my order and today they forgot my... honey, my biscuit was uncooked nothing but dough and the macaroni was soupy and bitter. The gravy was soupy as well. Read more

Since the renovation it is quite nice inside. I just wish they would keep it cleaner. Floor is always a little sticky and theres... always a faint smell in the dining area. *** Updated 6/2/19 Originally rated this place 3 stars after the renovation but itsdown to a 1 star now. The smell & sticky floor still persists & today my mashed potatoes were half powdered. Meaning i took abig mouthful of mashed potatoe powder. I called to see if i could get refunded remotely since i was home & paid with a card butafter 4 hang ups decided to drive back for my refund. The 1st time i called, someone answered with a plain "hello." I had toask if I was speaking with the KFC on battleground "aww yeah this us" I always knew to check to make sure my chicken was fresh& hot but never knew i needed to stir up my potatoes before leaving to make sure they're done all the way. I checked the menu for KFC Battleground in Greensboro. There was a Crispy Colonel Sandwich Meal for $5.00. I thought it looked... like a good deal. Online ordering was presented as an option not a requirement, so I didn't use it. I walked to the restaurantand placed the order. The woman who took the order charged me $8 something, so I showed her the page. She responded withbusiness like curtness that she didn't have anything to do with the website and thighs was the higher upside. I declined thepurchase. I definitely suggest KFC Battleground correct, clarify and update there website. Read more
