The chicken was extremely greasy and soggy. The cashier was very unprofessional. She was yawning on the intercom while taking... my order. The food was horrible. I ordered a 3pc with fries. What made my experience so bad the last two times I've gone there is the girl at the drive-thru has no customer service skills... she doesn't say hello she doesn't say thank you she doesn't say anything she barely opens her mouth if you speak to her she takeyour money send your food out the window and close the window. Called prior to coming to the store for a special order. Spoke with a "manager". When I arrived the order was bagged and ready!... However, it was not what was ordered at all! I checked the menu for KFC Battleground in Greensboro. There was a Crispy Colonel Sandwich Meal for $5.00. I thought it looked... like a good deal. Online ordering was presented as an option not a requirement, so I didn't use it. I walked to the restaurantand placed the order. The woman who took the order charged me $8 something, so I showed her the page. She responded withbusiness like curtness that she didn't have anything to do with the website and thighs was the higher upside. I declined thepurchase.
