Decided to stop here and get take out. Qty2 3 piece Big Boxes. 2 breast and 1 leg-not bad 2 side orders- nice 1 biscuit - NO!... THEY REPLACED MY BISCUIT WITH A DRY SMALL HOGGIE ROLL! Totally poor customer service. Trying to pull a fast one on yourcustomers. We mentioned the missing biscuit and waited 3 minutes for a representative to give us our biscuits. How hard was itto just say they are baking? For $9.19 a box, I expect to see what I ordered. Read more
Terrible. I ordered a 3pc chicken combo (simple!) the chicken was waaayyy over cooked, clearly had been under a warmer for... awhile. The biscuit was difficult to bite into as it was stale and Luke warm. I didn't even try the mashed potatoes. The Frenchfries were old. Very sad as this was my dinner break. Will never try KFC again. They refused to fulfill my pickup order, and refused to take an order. I was told "They don't make any more food past 9" I... ordered my food an hour before they closed and got there by 9:45 and was turned away. Rude and absolutely unacceptable. i droveall the way here to be turned away while all the employees were sitting in the dining area talking and on their phones. I'mstill waiting for my $$$refund$$$ for my to go order. I would hope i get a refund AND a free meal as an apology for this awfultreatment. Read more
Notice no one in drive thru so thought I?d give it a try. Customer service was less than friendly, David could have used the... biscuit to slay Goliath, the fries tasted old or refried. The chicken was greasy. Ate one piece and gave the rest away. Ihaven?t had KFC in years and now I?m remembering why. I use to live the chicken pot pie at KFC about 15 years back. So I stopped by to pick up one for my son to try out. But once we... opened it up I was disappointed and disturbed at how there wasn?t anything in it but crust. KFC must do better I was in a rushso I just stopped by Arby?s next door grabbed him a 2 for 6 and kept moving. I would never advise anyone to order this everyagain.
