Decided to stop here and get take out. Qty2 3 piece Big Boxes. 2 breast and 1 leg-not bad 2 side orders- nice 1 biscuit - NO!... THEY REPLACED MY BISCUIT WITH A DRY SMALL HOGGIE ROLL! Totally poor customer service. Trying to pull a fast one on yourcustomers. We mentioned the missing biscuit and waited 3 minutes for a representative to give us our biscuits. Terrible. I ordered a 3pc chicken combo (simple!) the chicken was waaayyy over cooked, clearly had been under a warmer for... awhile. The biscuit was difficult to bite into as it was stale and Luke warm. I didn't even try the mashed potatoes. The Frenchfries were old. Very sad as this was my dinner break. Will never try KFC again.
