The woman working the window is not real friendly to white folks.!.! I'm sure your company doesn't really care about that since... I'm a white male... This use to be one of my favorite KFC's in Greensboro the Bessemer Ave location but today I had a take out of two chicken pot... pies and a mild chicken sandwich. The pot pies did not even have any meat in them which made it very nasty to eat and my chickensandwich was too small of a chicken for all that bread.....if the pandemic made y'all cut back this much I'll rather eat athome....however your prices are still going up....very dissatisfied! This should be no stars at all. I pulled up at 8pm ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits. There were 2 cars ahead of me. We... all paid and had to pull over and wait for our food. We were the last to get food at 8:45. Took it home and the chicken was coldand biscuits were hard. I'm thinking the whole time I'm waiting that it's gonna be hot and worth it. Not at all this is theabsolute worst kfc I have ever been to. This side of town lacks good places to eat and the customer service is terrible. Read more
Terrible experience as always but today was the tipping point the food was wrong, the breast I ordered were the size of a wing.... When I went up to the counter to get my order right the manager argued with with saying that she was right even though I had areceipt and I will not be coming back to this kfc this has been too many times that we have problems at this establishment. We ordered a 16 PC box with 4 sides and biscuits. We got home and only had 3 sides AND the chicken was wet looking. The crust... did not stay on chicken and it was not good. I doubt we will be back at that location.....stop making the chicken so wet lookingbecause it taste nasty. The rest of the meal was fine and thanks for the tea that comes with a 12pc or larger meal. Love the staff here. Manager is very professional and polite. I forgot the name of young lady who usually takes my order, she is... always on point! Is it Shonda? Just left this KFC and I am highly disappointed! My fiancé and I stopped to get food for us and our kids and the light skinned... woman with freckles at the drive they window had an attitude and was very unpleasant. Our food order was all wrong. I asked forno pickles on my sandwich and got them. We asked for a little ice in our drinks and got a whole cup full!! One of my chickenlittle sandwiches had a chicken tender that was so hard it was not edible! Not to mention when we received our food we said?Thank you? and she said nothing. Just stared at us blankly. Even after sensing she had an attitude my fiancé still said ?havea good day? as she was walking away and she rolled her eyes and didn?t even respond. My sister has asked to see if it's possible to get a side order of the Nashville hot sauce. The lady up front was rude and... berated her and continued to make fun of her in the back, as I we heard chuckles and the mention of "hot sauce" It was a simplerequest. She is a nice person and also work in the customer service industry. It was supposed to be a fun Saturday planned butthat really dampened her mood the rest of day. She was polite when she asked to purchase that side order. I get that we're allhuman but that behavior was NOT acceptable. We were tempted to go back inside after our meal to get her name but I was angryalready from it and I know that would have not been a productive interaction on my part. Now that all the facts are here andthe fog has cleared, I'm writing and would like a response from management. This happened last Sunday around noon. I would hateto be one of those people that says this but really I would encourage people to NOT go to KFC if this is the type of hires theyhave. To add to this: A group of Hispanic people came in to order. They were calmed and reserved. And I'm not exaggeratingwhen I say this but that same lady at the counter rudely told them that whatever they were trying to order would take 16minutes. When they tried walking away she rudely called them back. THEN continued to be rude as they tried handing her 100dollars to pay. Something about it being too big to break. Just rude. If there's any consolation food was good. But that's all Icould saw which really is not enough reason to return. I demand a response and some sort of action from this location. Read more
