I wish i could leave negative stars The last few times i have ordered jimmy johns was a mistake. 1 the delivery drivers are... demanding tips. That's what you don't do. 2 they judge someone by the name on the receipt. You can't force anyone to give you atip. Not how the real world works. and you don't have a attitude when delivering someones food. The driver Zack is rude. whitea white SUV. The guy that rides the bike is rude. No one told them to apply for this job. and if you make a living off tipsthen you might want to find another gig. Read more
They are the worst, it always seems I'm just outside there delivery area, even though it show only to be 2.6 miles to 3.0... miles. I would completely understand if it was 5 miles are more. But to be that close and only serving cold cut subs Cannotunderstand there logic of reasoning. There are other food business in the area that will, which means that Jimmy John's losesout. Terrible 2nd impression...smh! Walked in last night. Ordered a #4 Regular. Mind you im the only customer there so I don't... understand the confusion. Got my sub and left. When I opened it there was only meat and bread. Nothing else. Very disappointedand ????. Called 3 times and guy finally picks up. Told him that someone needs to deliver me another sandwich. The young lady working the register today 8/24/20 @ 3:12 was extremely RUDE! The driver that came in tho to make the subs was... great he made the experience a lot better. But she needs a talking to not jimmy johns material. Thanks Read more
Definitely not freaky fast. Restaurant was not busy but the staff was disorganized and service was very slow. Numerous menu... items were out of stock and the only bread available was white Italian (which was stale). I ordered 5 total sandwiches, 3 ofwhich were incorrectly made. Read more
Freaky Fast Delivery is right! The sandwich arrived in fifteen minutes so I even had time to eat it before my lunch break ended... ???????? I elected four stars because my order was incorrect. Despite that fact, the convenience goes unsurpassed! Read more
I myself order a lot because it?s fast and really close to where I work. All the other employees order a lot as well. We have... never had issues with the person not wanting to get out of the car. My phone is currently not working and when I told theemployee that her response was ? well you should have a valid phone ?. We usually wait by the front door because we are a barbut again never have issues.I was at the door and watched her park, call once then drive off. I would have thought about that ifI was worried the employee didn?t want to get out of the car. I don?t like writing bad reviews but we have never had issues andyour employees work ethic and attitude suck. Read more
