Horrible customer service. Not greeted when I walked in, or even talked to. I had to tell the girl working that I had rewards... and she responded, ?it already went through?. Nasty, messy, and left outside with a half drunken soda in a box. I assume it belonged to the driver cause I didn't order a... drink. ??????????? Then the sandwich was drowned in oil. Literally puddles of oil on the wrapper. This the third time in a rowmy order was below acceptable. Read more
Update: it took 1 and 40 minutes to receive my food. This is the second time I?ve ordered from this location and have yet to... receive my order within an hour. I live 5 minutes away from the store. It?s been 1 hour and 10 minutes, and I have yet to seemy food. I just called and the only answer I received was ?it hasn?t left the store yet.? Really? Ya think I don?t know thatalready? I order food from here pretty often. They constantly leave out items on my order such as adding bacon to my sandwich, and my... drinks. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated!! Unfortunately, it sucks to pay $20-$30 then not recieve exactlywhat you paid for. Plus, I was tipping $5-$10, but once they started messing my orders up incorrectly then I started to tipless. I tip for quality and outstanding customer service. I might as well drive to Jersey Mike's if this is going to continue. Read more
45 minutes still waiting on sandwich. Store is 5 minutes drive from my place and still waiting. Called store 3 times after put... on hold of 5 minutes each time and talked to two different employees including manager of this store A lady. still waiting on myfood. She offered drink. She lied on the phone telling me food is on the way and other individual said food went out which was25 minutes ago and manager said no food is still at the counter and changed after 5 minutes of conversation. Terrible serviceand in fact the worst service possible. Will definitely call their corporate office and make sure this store owner works ontraining which is much needed. Made pickup order through the app in parking lot, 20 minutes no update, walked in and guy had pinned up the order print out so... he obviously got the order but hadn't done anything at aaalll. UPDATE: got home and found that sandwiches were soggy with O&V(disgusting), asked for light mayo and there was so much it had squeezed out of the sides and around the sandwich. Oh and minehad an F ing HAIR in it. No mustard as requested, not cut in half as requested. Worse than street vendor fair on a bad day. Read more
Awesome place. They've got a great variety of sandwiches, and you can even be SUPER ironic and get any of their subs as an... "unwich", that is to say that they use lettuce to make any of their sandwiches a wrap. Crazy. They're always quick to greeteveryone with a smile, and even quicker on their service times. Place something for delivery, and I wouldn't be surprised if itgot to you before you closed your browser! A+ Read more
First time at this franchise. Food was fast and fresh, just nothing stood out as unique as pertaining to the food.
