I am in town from Michigan for a swim meet. I don't leave a lot of reviews at places, but this place deserves a positive... review. When they say freaky fast, that is no joke. Wish I can give the store 0 Stars. Visited June 17, 2021. They are rude and unprofessional. The cashier was unknownable about... the menu as she kept asking about the sandwiches. As I finished my order I asked that they change their gloves because of myallergies to tomatoes especially because they had just finished the first sandwich in my order which had tomatoes on it. Thefirst person on the line said " Ugh I will not touch her sandwich but she was already making it. The other 2 sandwich makers didnot move from their spots to even change their gloves. And when I said something about it they had attitudes like Iinconvenience them. When I went to my car I came back in with the sandwich to get a refund with the package still sealed theyoffered to make me another. I declined it because they didn't change their gloves the first time. So I didn't want to riskending up in hospital. They still declined. No manager came in to resolve problem. Then as I sat in my car to find the corporatenumber the male sandwich maker came to the door with the gloves on his hands and when a customer went in to order their food hewent straight to the back to begin to construction the customers sandwich without washing hands or changing gloves. Just gross.Health violation. They need to be trained in the seriousness of contaminants, allergens and over all customer service. Read more

I do t know if this is how all Jimmy Johns are, but this one makes sandwiches like they?re running low on supplies. Skimpy as... heck. It?s bad enough the JJ?s doesn?t offer any good options, but to make a $9 sandwich skimpy is no way to make your customershappy. My wife orders from a JJ?s close to her work and she tells me they pack the sandwiches well there. In this picture thereis more bread than anything else, and I had to add my own salt, pepper and vinegar at home since they didn?t even deliver to myhouse that?s less than 2 miles away. Lame???? Pretty good Greensboro Jimmy John?s on West Gate City Blvd but needs a little work. They were fast, and my #15 Tuna was good but... it had too much cheese on it! Had to pull a lot of cheese off! The employees, two kids named Nykia and Nate were friendly! Natetold me the #15 Tuna comes with extra cheese but there?s no mention of extra cheese on the menu board. Read more
I went into this establishment almost 2 weeks ago. I walked in the door and at least 4 staff members were standing close... together behind the register. No one greeted or acknowledged me as a customer especially the gentleman with shades on. Acustomer came in behind me and asked if he could get a water or refill some water and the guy with the shades acknowledged him.As someone who strongly believes in customer service, this was one of my worst experiences.
