Best Beef Tips I've had in years. A must try when you go to Jake's Dinner. It's Mondays special.
We went Saturday around 4 for an early dinner with 7 people. The service was the BEST we have had in a long time. The waitress... was friendly, funny, and made you feel welcome and at home. The food quality and quantity was good. The service was excellent. A noticeably pleasant atmosphere strengthened by attentive... and happy servers. My very picky daughter said, after visiting for the first time today, that it was now among her favoriteplaces, mostly because of how the staff treated each other and the customers. My favorite location in Greensboro for breakfast. Prepare to be treated kindly
Relatively boring breakfast menu. Fake butter with pancakes. No jelly or preserves for the toast. No gyros in the "greek"... omelette... first time I've ever seen that in my almost sixty years of life. On the good side- very clean place. Service is fastand accurate. Great food, service was excellent and it has a wonderful atmosphere.
Food is always good. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is due to a couple of employees I've interacted with on... several occasions. A red headed male and and one of the females. Every time I've interacted with them they are extremely rude.To the point I've even heard subtle insults underneath their breath towards customers. I eat at the Battleground location quitea bit, and will continue too due to everything else being wonderful. But those two servers should really learn or re-train onwhat customer service is, otherwise why are you working with the public? Read more
I sat in the curbside pick up for 40 minutes waiting on my food and no one brought it. I go inside and everyone walks past me.... As soon as I go to grab my good someone assist and say are u here for door dash. I said no curbside pick up. She said oh you hada web order and passed me the food. Didn't verify it was actually me. Plus It was cold and pointless on waiting for it to beremade. But this is the 5th time this site has disappointed me in service. What's the point of curbside and they don't utilizeit? I never complain, but this did it for me. Read more
