Late cravings for dessert brought me here around 11:45pm on a Sunday night. I wish there were more dessert places open. This was... a solid 15 minute drive from my house lol. They were out of chocolate chunk, double chocolate mint, m&m, double chocolatechunk, and snickerdoodle. I heard they would possible get these back on the upcoming Tuesday. While someone else was ordering Iheard cashier state that they were out of salted caramel cookies. The parson then ordered a triple chocolate cookie and got thelast one. With them being out of so many cookie options, it made it hard to choose. I ended up getting a small cup ofmoontracks ice break and two cookies (sugar and peanut butter). Staff was super friendly! It ended up being a little over $10.While the cookies were barely warm, they both were delicious. Since they were out of spoons, I had to wait until I got home toenjoy the ice cream. Ordered them through door dash last night. I never received the order and it isn?t door dash fault. They use their own delivery... person and when I called the restaurant they didn?t pick up. Door dash said that they found out they went to the wrong location. Nope. Unacceptable. I ordered drinks from CVS and they came. It is a hotel. Address is right. You can?t get that wrong. SMH.They usually don?t issue credits for other vendors, but they did because they can see it was totally wrong. Read more
We ordered 2 pints of ice cream and a dozen assorted cookies through DoorDash. The DoorDash service told us that this store... delivers their own orders. We never received any notification on delivery. After an hour and a half I called the store only torealize that they left our order outside. All 7 of us were in the living room next to the open front door. The driver nevernotified that our order was there. The DoorDash app never even trolls it they had left the store for delivery. Just tried these cookies for the first time today. They were still warm and tasted fresh. I wouldn't say they taste different... than any other cookie. With so many wonderful bakeries around, their cookies don't necessarily stand out. The cookies are finebut probably wont be back. Read more
I use to love this place. Now I need to find me a new cookie spot. The Cookies were undercooked and doughy in the middle and... this is the second time this has happened. The young kids who work here don?t care and have no people skills. Veryunprofessional. Insomia is now my least favorite snack spot. Read more
Good concept, but poor presentation. Me and my fiancé stopped by, only for them to be out of almost every cookie, no brownies,... or cookie cakes. Now I understand some weren't available due to the "shortage" but I literally had 4 options. Whatever, weordered. 6 other people behind us got irritated and left. The cookies aren't even fresh! They're hard and cold. Can't give anorder number as they never gave me a receipt. I'm highly disappointed, and will not be returning. If I lived in the area, I'dturn around and get a refund, but we don't live close and weren't turning around. Read more
OMG!!!!! The absolute best chocolate chip cookies cookies! Warm or cold they?re amazing. Edit: have been back a couple of... times and original review unchanged. Cookies are amazing! Staff are polite and get you in and out really quickly. Update: mydaughter put me on to their Peanut Butter cookies and now I am in love! They are crispy on the edges but still soft in themiddle with perfectly balanced peanut butter that?s not to sweet or dry. Yummy, yummy! Read more
They don?t have many of the cookies that are advertised. There is a short blonde haired girl there that is absolutely rude! When... I asked her what cookies were available she rudely pointed to a small sign and then walked off without providing any customerservices. She left us standing at the counter and someone had to come check us out. Read more
