On 10/31/2022 I placed a curbside pickup order. The order was supposed to be ready around 10:50am. I arrived at the restaurant... around 11:05am and checked in on the app, and pulled into a curbside pickup space at the front of the store. The space isactually visible from the check-in desk. At around 11:20am, no one had come out so I called the restaurant. I waited on hold forabout 10 min and when no one answered, I walked in to the store. There was a young woman with long braids standing at thecounter as I was walking in but she quickly turned and left the desk, after observing me walking it. I stood at the counter foranother 10 minutes before a Manager finally came to the counter. When I told her my name, she pulled my order from a cart thathad sitting behind the counter the entire time! It's been a very long time since I came to a IHOP. However, my visit Friday morning was great. Food was good and tasty. The... server was great. She was friendly and helpful. Nice selection on the menu. Definitely will come back. Read more
Family and I are at this restaurant due to power outage. I ordered a burger and it looked delicious. When I picked it up ...it... was on a DIRTY plate. I ordered fries and burger and syrup was stuck to my fries. I tried not to make a big deal of it but justcouldn't force my myself to eat the new one. We asked for an additional plate to split the kids food and were given anotherDIRTY plate to put our kids food on. My family's food was good and no problems with the service. I love IHOP just wish that Ihad not had that bad experience. Read more
1st it was way to cold inside to enjoy eating. 2nd, I order country fried steaks eggs and pancakes. When my pancakes came out.... They were almost as thin as crepes and very small. I asked for the manager. She explained the batter was thin. Well make a newbatter because I couldn't have been the only person to complain. Read more
Went for Father's Day yesterday. Worst service I've ever received anywhere! The staff sounded like they were having a party in... the kitchen instead of preparing and getting people their food. The manager should probably go to some leadership training andget her staff in order. We had one waiter take drink orders. Another take the food order and with not many people in there stilldidn't get our food for an hour and a half. Waitress wasn't aware she was providing service for our table. The manager had to goand get our food. This place is a hot mess and I will never return. This one star is not deserved. Read more
It was one of the best exercises I have had at a IHOP. The staff was friendly courteous and fast. Meal was hot. Coffee never ran... out. Our waiter received a 18% tip. Yes Sir no Sir the entire time. In return he received a Yes Sir and no Sir as well. Read more
Went at 2am in the morning very under staff, we got our food around 3:30am. Big argument in the kitchen that could be heard in... the dinning room. The high point was our waitress, who was also working the front entrance! The coffee was fresh and excellent! Read more
Once again my experience was consistently bad. I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt but I don't think I will... come here again. Our wait time was longer than it should have been because the hosts skipped over us several times until I hadto inquire. Once seated it took about 15 minutes just to get our drinks. The hostess was nice but extremely slow. We had to askfor refills. Food was longer than usual to show up and my food was Luke warm. The pancakes looked like they sat awhile in thekitchen. I ate the food but not the pancakes because I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer by sending the food back.So long story short the service was as I expected...not that good. I realize that times are different but you should at leastget what you expected. There were 4 in my party and two of the 4 the food was not hot at all. Read more
