Place is always booming, very busy but no matter what food has never been bad. They do have a bigger then most selection of... American cuisine, especially aimed towards a younger crowd. This was my first time visiting Ichiban...WHY DID I WAIT? (aside from an aversion to eating alone in a restaurant); I and a... friend had dinner here, it was excellent! The restaurant is tastefully and beautifully decorated; very peaceful and charmingambiance. The service is wonderful...they have signage saying they are short staffed, but they do very well with the friendlyand efficient crew they have. The buffet is huge, and the food is generally well stocked and freshened frequently. It was myfirst time sampling Sushi of various types...I was not disappointed! They had many great Asian and Asian fusion options; ourfavorites were the stuffed mushrooms and the coconut shrimp (couldn't get enough of that, though plenty was available). DO NOT EAT HERE! The service is horrible and the food isn?t much better. Had to wait over fifteen minutes for the hibachi grill... I told him to cook the steak rare and he burnt everything on my plate including the steak; the noodles were so burnt I couldn?teven eat them and the steak was so over cooked it was like jerky.They never gave as a refill on me or my fiancé?s sweet teasand never picked up our plates. We were made to set with all or dirty dishes and empty drinks the whole time. Not to mention thewater damage and mold problem their building has. We will never eat here again! Read more

My family's favorite Asian buffet We used to go a lot before the pandemic but we haven't been there since 2020. A good Chinese buffet with a good selection. There is everything from sushi, hibachi, buffet, dessert, and fruit. Everything... that I tasted was good. They could improve on food temperature. Some bars seem extremely hot and others not so much. Overall agreat buffet at a good price. Read more
