I had the pleasure of enjoying a stuffed turkey leg. The food was delicious but I was waiting at the food truck for 2 hours. The... line was fine and I understood it was long BUT after I placed my order I waited 45 minutes for my turkey leg. People who were atthe back of the line received food before me. I had to ask what was the issue and was told they had to make more alfredo saucebut the question is why wouldn't you have started a new batch before it was completly gone and at least inform the customers soI could have the choice of leaving to enjoy my day and come back to pick it up. That was time wasted when all they had to do wascommunicate. And after I finally recieved my drink all I got was a sorry. No money back, drink while waiting nothing. I had been talking to my wife about going here for over a year an decided to this weekend and it was the worst food mistake of... my life. Food was straight trash turkey leg tasted like it was old an spoiled. It was almost like they reheated food they cookeda few days ago. It was really small an the meat was grey. Please people, DO NOT go off of the reviews! This was my first time hitting the brick & mortar but it took me a while reading... the reviews. I haven?t experienced the full menu because I didn?t know they had a restaurant it was just the fair experience. Mywait time for a Friday evening at 4:45 was no longer than 15 minutes and I ran to the store after I placed my order. Was Ireturned to the parking lot they were walking my food out! Only two complaints. Not enough vinegar taste to my BBQ sandwich (I?mfrom the eastern part of the state) and turkey legs could be a little more tender. The service is not how it used to be. I knew when the crack n cheese changed it was down hill. This is exactly how the napkins... were when they were handed to me this morning. Crumpled just like this. Didn?t have coleslaw. Told me while I was waiting on thefood. So I got greens. Nasty and scorched. Was supposed to get chili beans but got beans. They were decent tho. BBQ watereddown. Had to add seasoning when I got home. Lil Boosie was playing in the background so I should?ve took that as my cue not toorder. Could not call in order, no one answered. The wait time was not bad for short staff. I ordered turkey bbq dinner with yams,... and collards, also an order of their famous crack-n-mac. The turkey bbq was good, an extra sauce would have bumped it up. Thecollard green was perfectly cooked but over seasoned, way too much pepper. The yams was ok. The crack-n-mac, great idea andprobably good if the Mac-n-cheese was better, the turkey cracklings taste like they was cooked in old grease, the turkey againwas good.
