Either poor management or poor staff.Either one we will not be visiting another Hardee's in Greensboro again.The employees are... free styling and running the stores like they want to.Please close the stores down if this the best that you all can do.Youcan't dine in and the drive thru is a good 30 min. wait.So sad to see these restaurants descend into the pits of hell. Egregiously slow. You can?t go inside the store for whatever reason. drive thru is slow no matter how many cars are in line,... expect to just sit there without someone coming to the window for a while or being asked to park near the front door in thehandicap parking spot to wait for your food and you never know if they?ll be randomly closed in the morning. Ordered 3 double burgers without cheese and a medium fry. Got 3 cheeseburgers and no fries on day-old bread. What is happening... in the kitchen?? So disappointed. Read more

On a normal day (the end of 2022, not in the thick of the pandemic), the dining room was completely closed off and locked so... there was no dine in service available. I know it's only fast food but eating in a car is not what I wanted to do. Read more
