Waited on hold for 6 minutes before calling back and waiting another 2 minutes. Messed up my order, AGAIN. Ordered my food to go... at 11:30, was told it would be ready at 11:50. Arrived at 12:00, checked out at 12:17. Lunch break basically over. Get back onlyto find out that I'm missing an entire order of food and the fries off of the other. Was told that they were short staffed andthe ToGo person was extremely busy. Rest of the staff was walking around... No one looked busy at all. I only ordered againbecause I had $$ left on the gift cards I bought around Christmas. As you can see from the picture, I'll never order from Fatzagain. Read more
Ate with an office party of 7 people. Please note that our place of business is only minutes away from this restaurant. We... arrived before 12:00 to "beat" the lunch crowd. The receipt shows our Order placed at 12:09. We were seated at 11:55. We got ourfood at 12:50. I have been several times in the past with or without the "Big" office party. It usually takes a while but whohas time for an 1.5 hour lunch? While I received what I ordered, several people in our party did not. We asked to speak to themanager and one meal was comped, but it was really messed up and looked dried up on the plate to begin with. Probably won't beback. There are better choices. Read more
At least 3 of our food orders were wrong. It tasted horrible, and wet waited forever. The waitress was the lone bright spot.... She was great, and we felt bad that she had to deal with the kitchen. Will not go back. Read more
Just had dinner tonight and it was great. The ribs and chicken were well made and the peach cobbler was awesome. Nicholas was... our our waiter and he was very professional and friendly. You can't go wrong here. Read more

We go to Fatz for their great ribs. Unfortunately this last trip they obviously did not have enough wait staff. Our waitress got... our order wrong, and we could not find her to correct this, then the hostess tried to pitch in to help which was nice. Howeverby the time I got my order right, I wasn't even hungry anymore, no offer for drink refills either. Not happy this last visit.Waitress only showed up again to give us our check, not impressed.
