My wife and I ate here instead of overpriced Cheesecake Factory or Harper's. All the Elizabeth's locations have better reviews.... We were pleased with the experience. Food was great as always, but when we asked to substitute chicken for sausage for a dish we were told that would not be... problem. When the check came, we were charged $4 for the substitution. I asked the waitress if she was aware there would be acharge for the substitution. She said she thought it should not be that way and got her manager. The manager said their systemworks that way for substituting chicken and offered us a discount. The discount was only $2. We would not have ordered this dishwith a substitution had we been informed of the price difference and there is no reason they could not have fully discounted the$4 for the substitution. Read more
The staff members here are always friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is clean and well lit and the atmosphere is casual... and relaxed. The dishes are tasty and generously portioned. Elizabeth's has a fairly extensive menu, but I wish they includedmore options featuring Italian sausage. Overall, a good pick for Italian fare. Read more
