Reviews for Elizabeth's Pizza Italian Restaurant in Greensboro, NC

I really wanted to love my dining experience, especially after seeing the busy parking lot and reading the reviews.... Unfortunately, the price did not reflect the quality. The waitress was friendly and brought fresh bread to the table. I decidedon the chicken parmigiana sub which came paired with potato chips. I could not pinpoint what the odd taste was, until I realizedit was the chicken. They were processed little cubes of chicken and didn't look natural at all. I'm not against using frozenmeat, but at least use good quality meat. The food was subpar and the prices were unreasonable. Read more

My food was made to order. They sell pizza by the slice. The slices are big just like New York style. It was delicious. I also... had a side salad which was yummy. The prices are good and they allow inside dining with social distancing protocol. Highlyrecommend!! Read more

Food is terrible, We ordered penne pulcinella that came with a tomato soup and a vegetarian pizza. After eating the tomato soup... I was already full, the soup was loaded with cream and quite heavy. The penne pulcinella was exactly like that, swimming in aheavy cream. We heat it up the following day revealing the large amount of fat that is added to this dish. The pizza was nobetter, it had large amounts of cheese making it heavy and the dough was a bit though and hard. They should not be calling whatthey serve Italian food. Read more

The chicken picatta looked great, but the taste wasn't that great. It tasted like the flavors were not developed enough. It... didn't taste like chicken piccata that I've had at other places. It definitely needs more flavor. I would try it again, itcould have been an off day. Read more

Went there for the first time on my mom's 75th birthday. She was delighted with the lasagna. When our server found out it was... mom's birthday, she brought us a dessert, which mom LOVED. All the staff were kind and friendly. I had the quarter chicken. Itwas moist and delicious. Read more

I just recently moved from Wake Forest NC to Sandy Ridge NC. My girlfriend/sister has always spoken highly of Elizabeth's. I've... been a few times since moving here and have no complaints. The staff is wonderful and the food is hot & delicious. I do wishthough they offered Coke Products but that definitely won't stop me from going back. Read more

Would give it five stars if it wasn't so over priced compared to the others I have been too. The chicken veg soup barely had any... flavor and the pasta was so so. 2 dishes of pasta, slice of cheese pizza and 3 drinks came up to $51!!! Insanity! Read more
