We tried ECW something we haven't ate in a while. We ate there and dined in. Wasn't busy around 430. Our waiter was really nice... I think his name was Chris. Our food was really good. I got wings and he got quesadilla. I got honey BBQ it was good but I wannatry something different next time. They have so many to choose from its hard to make decisions. Stopped in during a recent visit to Greensboro and decided to stop at ECW Grill. Overall, wasn't disappointed. Bartender was... Amanda was easy to talk to and she took our drink order almost immediately, ordered some cheese sticks which came out great. My wife and I ordered wings and tacos for our main meals. Tacos came out loaded and had a good taste but maybe cut back a biton the lettuce. My wings came out incorrect the first time so I had to wait a bit for the correct order, which provided coldfries but hot wings. I literally come here every night for lunch and say hello to the exact same faces. Tonight my app was not working so I decided... to call. I called several times and no one answered. I drive there and no one is at the front. The young lady comes up and asksfor my name. I tell her I haven?t put in an order yet because the app is acting up and no one answered the phone. She apologizedand I paid for my order. I go to my car and come back 10 mins later. She isn?t there and another young man is there. I tell himmy name and he hands me my food. I leave and go to my car and I hear some one yelling at me if I paid for my food. I look up andit?s him. I have spent hundreds if not more on wings at this place. Even as the wings shrink and have broken bones I havecontinued to be loyal and eat here. To yell out into the night thinking I would just walk out without paying is so insulting tome. Once again I literally see the same faces everytime, yet there is absolutely no customer recognition with the employees. Itwas clear something was telling me not to order tonight.
