Reviews for Dunkin' in Greensboro, NC
I went to this location instead of the one near my house, thinking maybe it?s just the one near me messing my drinks up... constantly. I got a peppermint mocha that was basically just black coffee with peppermint syrup here. Not going to chance itanymore. I even had my husband double check in case my taste was off. It literally was like a plain coffee no sugar and no cream Read more
This Dunkin? visit was a pleasant one. I have ordered two donuts and both were nice, nothing special tho. Then I had the pumpkin... flavoured latte drinks, now these left my tastebuds tingling, they were herbal, pumpkin and this taste warmed my soul. I alsoordered toasted bread, which were surprisingly very good, fresh and warm with cheese and pesto. Staff was friendly. Overall, great experience. Read more
This location was amazing!!! The employees were so patient but the Operations Manager Bob needs a lesson in professionalism.... When I walked in he was berating the employees over some trivial sticker issue. He was extremely condescending and theyemployees handled his poor attitude far better than I would have. The young lady at the front held her composure like a champand she deserves a raise. If that had be me behind the counter I would have definitely caught a case. Read more
They cut off the coffee machines an hour before closing, could not get a latte. Got offered to get a regular unflavored hot... coffee with swirl in it? The woman did not even know how to pour cold foam over a coffee either. After going back and fourth ondifferent coffees and being told they can?t make it or don?t know how to I decided to leave. Get better workers please and workmore on training them! Every time I come here it?s never a pleasant experience. Will not come back. Read more
My family and I love Dunkin? and usually this is our fav location however we will not be going back after the atrocious... encounter we had today. The lady at the window literally handed my husband our drink and said ?here? with a not pleasantattitude. Then continued to roll her eyes and hand our drinks through the window with the worst attitude possible. Read more
This Dunkin' Donuts is probably just as bad as the one in high point when it comes to customer service and courtesy. For some... reason everybody is always angry or PO about something. A lot of anger in the Drive-Thru . I always try to be kind and nice butthey honestly either need new people working there or new management. The only explanation is that the managers are giving theworkers a really hard time which is why they are always so angry and borderline rude. I remember when Dunkin Donuts used to bepretty awesome. My kids and I came through this Dunkin Donuts this morning before City Meet. We pulled up to the drive thru at 5:58 and were... told to come back at 6am. I drove around the building and arrived at 6am. I was told to wait while "the drawer is being put inthe till." Finally, she asked if she could take our order. I ordered a frozen matcha latte for my swimmer and she yelled, "I'mtrying to tell you ma'am, our machines are down and we are not making any frozen drinks." I told her this is the first time Ihave ordered and I didn't know. She continued to yell and I told her if it was too much of a burden to serve us, we wouldleave. She said, "thank you." I told her to have a blessed day and drove off. We went to McDonald's. I understand 6am isearly and you may not want to be working, but if your establishment opens at 6am, expect you might have customers at 6am. Especially a coffee place. Otherwise, don't open at 6am. We were just a family trying to get to swim warm ups on time. Idon't think the rudeness was deserved or necessary at all. I'm sorry that woman was having such a terrible morning that shetook it out on customers. Read more
Don't have a chance to visit inside. It looks pretty organized and clean. It is a great location along one of the most busy... street in the city. Staff are pretty respectful and friendly most of time. But their drive-through sometimes is really a kind ofnightmare. In the morning 8am-9am, it could take your 20+ even 30 minutes to just get a cup of hot coffee and a croissant fromdrive-through. The waiting time is even enough for some customers to jump into your kitchen, prepare and finish their food. Thestore manager really need to have better operation and management for the drive-through business.
