I ordered an ICED pumpkin coffee this morning and they gave me a warm coffee with no ice and laughed in my face once I asked if... I could have some ice. This place used to be good. I don't know if they had a change of management of staff but it sucks now. I wait 20 mins in line... and by the time I get my iced coffee it has 2 ice cubes and isn't even cold, and my sausage egg and cheese bagel is cold. I tryto call and complain but the bot says they aren't taking calls and that the voice mail inbox is full. They're slow and mess upfrequently now, didn't use to be the case. Read more
This is probably the BEST dunkin I have ever been to. We ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. Got the drinks and was pulled... forward for our sandwiches, when we got the. They were super fresh and soft. Omg they were so good!! Normally when you getpulled up somewhere sometimes the food still isn't fresh and it's a let down. Not this time! I was excited to have a coffee shop near me and not have to drive so far. Usually it?s been pretty good and smooth. Today not so... much. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like a regular coffee with cream and no sugar in it. I might go back toStarbucks, I guess you get what you pay for. Read more
Unfortunate to see all the bad reviews. First time being in a Dunkin Donuts and the food/coffee were great! Faster, tastier, and... cheaper than Starbucks. Placed a walk-in mobile order. When I arrived my order wasn't ready and no one told me they couldn't prepare food. I waited 10... minutes then I asked about my order after seeing three customers walk-in place their orders and leave. I later found out mydrinks were sitting on the counter ????. Then I left and realized I was missing something. I turned around then I found out theycouldn't prepare food. No signs were on the door. I did get a refund but I wasted about 20 minutes. This was the workers betweenthe hours of 9:30a - 10a on June 17, 2022. Edit: I should've read the reviews before going there. Will not be returning. Read more
