The absolute worst. I've had thin crust pizza before, but never any like this. I ordered a med thin crust pepperoni pizza. I... got all the way home only to find out my pizza was as dry as the cardboard box it came in.I called the location to let themknow. The manager offered me another pizza, which means I have to waste gas going back to get it. I asked her if she could haveit delivered to me, and she said i would have to pay a delivery fee at the cost of a error they made. ???????????????????? Read more
Worse Dominoes EVER. I ordered abt 3 weeks ago, driver bought me the wrong order and took it back. I called the store no... answer for 25 min. I was continously put on hold, finally talked with a manager and they said they had my order and waswaiting on a driver. I requested for them to make a fresh pizza since this was 1 1/2 hours after their quality check. Hesaid they would, but nope got a cold nasty pizza. Had my nephews her today so I thought we would try again. An hour afterthe order placed, 45 min after the quality check. I called the store they said they are short of drivers and it would be antan hour. I told them that the quality check was 45 minutes ago and you now expect me to accept a pizza that would be 2 hoursold. Insisted that I get a refund. Horrible horrible Read more
The only reason im even giving 2 stars is because the last time i got wings here this wasnt a problem. I paid 9 dollars for 8... wings that look like they came off a parakeet. If Dominoes chooses to cut corners by serving half sizes, id just prefer to driveall the way to Papa Johns for my wings. Read more
I order from there all the time and usually have a great experience!! But this is ridiculous. I don?t understand how you can... look at this and think that this looks edible. Super disappointed. Read more
Had to wait 10 mins for them to bring out the pizza while everyone stood around folding boxes talking. It's always like that... when I come here unless the autistic guy is working. He rocks always works hard and is friendly. They have to do better withcustomer service. Read more
AMAZING staff. Perhaps the best Domino's experience I've had (admittedly, my hometown has a sub-par setup). Multiple employees... checked on us, even though they were very busy. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the cashier even took time to warnus of the recently mopped bathroom. I wish all Domino's had such customer service! Read more
I am hear in Greensboro North Carolina. I placed an order for a pizza at 7:30. The pizza arrived 2 hours later. When I call the... store at 9. They still didn't know where the driver was with my pizza. The employee on the phone was clueless, and finally shehung up on me. This will be the last time I frequent another Domino's.
