Took over an hour and a half for my one pizza to be delivered. Spent over 45 minutes in the "quality check" phase.
Ordered pizza. Pizza went to quality check for 40 mins. Delivery time was 45-60 mins which is fine. A hour and five mins later... I called and they said oh we will be sure to get yours out next. Can?t handle what is being ordered. Don?t put a time frame onsomething you can?t handle. I told them to cancel it and they just hung up on me. Didn?t even try to save the order. Realprofessional. Ordered on line for carry out. Selected pass the line inside. Went inside and waited. Someone else came in and they waited on... him, ignoring me waiting in the designated pass the line location. After waiting on the other guy second Dominos employee walkedaway. Other counter employee was still on the phone from when I walked in. Had to walk behind the counter to get my own prepaidpizza. Delivery drivers are AWESOME at this location. I ordered a pizza a few days ago to be delivered, and since I do not currently... have an address, I gave the address of a nearby storefront, with instructions that I would be sitting outside saidstorefront. The driver found me immediately, and was courteous, professional, and proficient at his job. I will 100% beordering food from this location again in the near future. Read more
third attempt at an order. 1 took over an hour to get, fine i get it, staff issues, busy time, bust night. 2nd time pizza... showed on tracker quality checked for over an hour, call, told on the way, 20mins later driver shows up, tells me it's the wrongorder and will be right back, 40 mins later still no pizza, call again manager tells me he's on the way with right order, getrefunded, get my pizza 20 mins later, manager tells me the way the store is running it will be closed soon. 3rd attempt. orderat 12:20 at 1:30 pizza still shows on tracker as being quality checked, call told its the next up and will be delivered in 20mins. cancel order. this wouldn't be so bad but the store is 1 mile away from me, so there's no way it should take over 20minsto deliver after the pizza is out of the oven. this was a good store and had some of the best domino's i've had, but it hasgone down hill fast.
