Where do I start? I ordered online and waited about 40 mins before I went online to track my order. It said that my food was... being inspected at 4:22 pm. I wait another 15 minutes and still no food has been delivered. At this point I call the store tofigure out what?s going on. She put me on hold for about 5 mins. When the little girl got back on the phone her reply to me wasthat my food was still at the store because they only had one delivery driver at that time. At THIS point my food had beensitting there prepared and waiting for over 30 mins. I told her that I would just pick it up at this point. She put me on holdagain, came back to the phone and said the driver was now bagging it and on his way. I told her I was already in my car and tohave him just leave it there. She replied ok as she hung up the phone on me. I arrived at the store to pick up my food and askedto speak to the manager. The girl yelled at another employee (not even sure if he was a manager) and said ?do you want to talkto her or do you want me to?? I explained to the guy what had happened and asked for my tip and my delivery fee to be refundedand told him that the girl was rude and hung up on me. She starts yelling across the counter that I?m lying. I told the guy Iwas talking to that she needed to watch her mouth. He told her to be quiet. She walks to the back by the oven and continues totalk about me. If you don?t have good customer service then one you shouldn?t be answering the phone and two you don?t have anybusiness dealing with customers at all. I?m my opinion this store just needs to go head and close. -The customer service is horrible -The quality of pizzas and subs are... inconsistent. -The wait time is all way longer than they quote. So I told myself I was done ordering from this location eventho it is around the corner I?m walking distance from my home. I am here tonight getting a free pizza because us the horribleexperience I had last time. I called placed order and was told 15-20 minutes. It?s been well over half n hour and when I arriveat the store I?m told they don?t have an order under my name. After 5 mins of wasted time someone finally ask for the phonenumber. It?s now been 45 minutes since I placed the order and I am told that my pizza is just about to get started. ???? After getting off work around 7:30pm, I was hungry and didn?t want to cook dinner for my son and I. I had a free 2 topping... medium pizza in the Domino?s app, so I decided to use it. I got half cheese for my kid and half pepperoni and sausage for me. Iplaced the order at when I was 15 minutes away at 7:48pm. At 7:57, I received notification from Dominos Tracker that my orderwas in the oven. I arrived to the store at 8:01pm. My order wasn?t ready yet, per the app, so I waited in the car. I wentinside at 8:05pm and it was ready. Staff was friendly. I checked it and it looked delicious. I got home about 5ish minuteslater. The first thing I realized was that it wasn?t cut very well. The gluten-free crust pizza is amazing!!! I love the ease of custom ordering my pizza on the app. The tracker is also a cool way... to notify when to go in for the pizza so no unnecessary waiting inside! Love it!! Read more

Just ordered 2 pizzas with marinara dipping sauce with an order of cinnamon twist. Forgot the marinara sauce for the second... time and instead of cinnamon twist, we got a box of plain bread, no icing dipping sauce. Even went to pick order up because last2 times we did delivery it took over an hour . Probably won?t get pizza from this location or domino?s again Read more
