When my family got home with our order and had already started eating our food, we discovered our styrofoam containers had large... holes in them. It looked like it had been burned or eaten away by acid or something. In the middle of the night those of us whohad our food in the containers started experiencing nausea and diarrhea. We will not be eating Cook Out again. I did go back andtold the manager what happened and got a full refund. Thank you. Read more
Waited 2 min for someone to ask what I wanted, then after telling them, waited at least 5 min for a response, that I had to ask... if they heard me. It was like they totally forgot I told them my order. At least they got the order right. Read more
Food typical Cook Out, good comfort eats and love the milkshakes but had let set for 2 to 3 hours before could use straw. Lot... not big enough for their volume which is typical for most Cook Outs. Read more
I liked the burger, it was delicious and tasty but the fries could be better. Overall it was good and fast !
