Although Cook Out is pretty much a staple in the Central NC area, I don't really care for them. This location like most Cook Out... restaurants is drive through only and has mediocre food quality. Service is quick, which is nice. The only thing I find thatreally distinguishes Cook Out from the zillions of other similar fast food joints is the shake selection. Although they have alot of flavors the poor quality ice cream base makes for a disappointing shake. I love ice cream but just haven't been happywith Cook out even though I've been to several and tried several different shake flavors. Read more

They are always great. Just make sure you go to the one on Randleman Rd if you are planning on eating at one in the Greensboro... area. Yes they may be packed, but they are the only one worth going to. I've never been disappointed with them at this location. Read more
2am, very crossed but still got through the drive thru fairly quickly for a Saturday. Waitress was patient and polite, food was... standard Cookout which I enjoy a lot. No complaints from me Read more
Great place to eat but I think they are doing something new with their shake. I think it takes away the cookout shake theme to... need a spoon. I like chunky shakes and now they seem blended. Even the ones that should be a little chunky like Reese shakes.Just and example. Read more
The milk shakes were blended well and had a good flavor and the fries were hot and crispy. The long lines moved reasonably... fast. On July, 14,22 the cookout staff was on point. It doesn't get any better. Read more
Went to this cookout on my lunch break at around 10:45pm . The woman was cutting in and out on the speaker and I couldn?t hear... her so she got mad and rude and had someone else take over that was also cutting in and out . When I told them what I wantedloud so they could hear me they quit talking so I pulled up to the window . I ordered cheese fries which I did not receive nordid they put it on the ticket . When I sat there and made sure I had everything that I paid for because some of it was forcoworkers they got frustrated . I told them there was no cheese on the fries and they said sorry bout that have a good night . Isaid no I want cheese fries I ordered cheese fries and she said that will be .53 cents . So I paid the 53 cents only to besurprised with the cheese in a paper cup wrapped in aluminum foil and they got mad and pushed it in. Pictures below : also theygave me a nice surprise inside my burger( it?s aluminum foil) then proceeds to smash it . I am usually 100% easy to get along with and understanding about things but this was absolutely nothing but meanness . She told me the manager name was Stevenbut he didn?t speak with me : no one else told me names or had visible name badges . The number on the link does not work itsays mailbox full. The drive thru lady was very friendly and attentive. However, the fries were mushy and greasy, and there was no cheese in most... of the cheese curds. After a 13hr drive from florida it was very disappointing, as well as it was my girlfriend first time everhaving cookout and I hyped it up so much. Read more
