Worse experience?1st time at this location AND THE LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff rude and argued with me when I requested... to get another menu item in place of the HORRIBLE sandwich they gave me that tasted scorched or like someone dropped cigarettesin it. A SHAME that this is what you have to deal with JUST to get food that YOU are PAYING for along with POOR CUSTOMER &QUALITY!!! This is a new cookout on this side of town. The service is normally good. I would rate it higher but they do tend to mess up... orders frequently and when asking for fries, they give you the bare minimum. The vibes of the place are good so I still go. Read more
There are signs on the window advertising that the dining room is supposed to be open, but there are only 2 booths. The other 2... tables had no chairs. We were told that they were not taking credit cards in the dining room. Not sure why they couldn't justwalk to the drive thru to run the card? We saw a few people leaving that didn't have cash. I?m not the type of person to leave bad reviews and usually just forget it, but this is one of the worst experiences I?ve had... ever. Went by last night and ordered a double cheeseburger with hushpuppies and a milkshake & a double hamburger with fries anda milkshake. Went to the window and paid, the cashier handed me one bag and one milkshake. I told him that I was missing onemilkshake and an entire order and he said to my face ?No?. I told him the order was wrong and wasn?t what i ordered and he saidit ?wasn?t his problem? and he couldn?t fix it and I?d have to go through the line AGAIN. Why do I need to go through the lineagain when it?s not my fault my order is wrong???! I love Cookout but I won?t be going to this one again, there?s alwayssomething wrong here. Read more
Service was very friendly and fast. Cheeseburger was ok, but the regular fries and banana milkshake were perfect. A little... pricey for lunch at around $11 per person though. Read more
Worst experience ever. They will be closing soon. Order a Jr Tray with hot dog and Regular Tray with 2 hotdogs was charged over... $8 for that one. Question them they said because my son order his hot dog with chili, slaw, mustard and onions and you have topay extra even though I ordered my the same way and was not charge. Paid $17 in total. The hot dog buns were hard as a rock andstale had them remake mine and they gave me another hard and stale bun. I trashed the bun and just ate the hot dog. My son wastoo embarrassed to ask for fresh buns on his. Worst place ever. They don't care either so I am sure it will go out of business.Don't waste your hard earned money. Read more
Horrible experience. Went to this cookout 45 min ago. Waited for about 30 minutes in the line, which is understandable,... finally got to the window and looked through my food. I saw the two trays I ordered and figured they were fine. They forgot myextra order of fries though, which isn't that big of a deal, im still at the window. Get my order of fries and drive home. Once I get home, discover that one of the two trays I ordered, is literally just a sandwich in a big Styrofoam container. Myonly option at this point is to drive ALL the way back, wait in line for 30 min again, for them to MAYBE fix my order. Not tomention, the sauces that I ASKED for right at the window, were totally wrong when I opened the bag. we pulled up to the drive thru window, they over charged, they had terrible customer service they slammed the window in our... faces, when we were handed the food we were not told thank you or have a good day nothing and we were not greeted at all. Wewere treated terribly. Read more
