First time to Cook Out and very pleased. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Food was also very good and cannot beat the... price. I had chili cheese burger, Cajun fries, and cheese curds. Couldn't get much better. Highly recommend for good food on abudget . Read more

Always a 40 minute line. I usual just go to the walk up. But today I stood there for 20mins after ringing the bell and no one... ever come. After having to get in this line all of a sudden they come to the window for someone else. The service in this storeis sub par to the training provided. It?s a simple to much playing and not enough working going on. There needs to be acorporate intervention at this store the food quality is never the same and the wait is ridiculous no matter the time. You canalways know coming here you never get the same thing even if you order it the exact same every time. I hope you guys appreciate how lucky you are to have this chain in your city ! I tried almost every burger in NYC and it doesn?t... even come close to what I discovered here? better than Five guys, five napkins, shake shack ?. Everything is about that beefpatty, taste like straight out of a BBQ party where the host is BFF with the neighborhood butcher?. I thought this place was decent for my first time. It was hard to decide on the star rating. Pretty good price for the amount of... food, however kind of reminds me of food you would get when you?ve left the bar and want something to eat. Menu has so manyoptions, I walked up to the restaurant since I had no idea what to order. I ended up getting a Jr Tray. You pick an item fromthat section, then 2 sides and a drink for $5.50! I got the small burger, I got it with tomatoes and lettuce and cheese. Burgerwas good, but messy. My two sides were chili and a Cajun chicken wrap. Chili had an interesting consistency and lots of flavor.Not my favorite, but I still ate it. Cajun sauce was so spicy! I couldn?t finish it. For a drink I got a Huge Tea. We were in town for the Blue Ridge Rock Festival and our hotel was on your exit. We ate here every night. Food was so good!!... Loved the hush puppies! Can?t beat the price and choices for the box meal. We definitely will be back next year! Same Festival,same hotel and now that we find you so convenient to us it will be the same food.
