No type of problem solving customer service on unrecieved product. I called multiple times at different times and it took a week... for someone to answer take a name and number but still no call back from no manager. Manager was never around as I called backwhen I saw no call returned after a few days. Left name and number again and still nothing. Went ahead and had to resolveproblem thru bank which takes longer then a manager saying "hey I'm sorry you didn't receive your ice cream, you can come tostore at any time and we'll give you your order !" I've been in customer service myself so I try to not be so demanding butwhen no help is even attempted, that's a little ridiculous. Read more

The African American lady that worked last night, dec 4th was very unprofessional and impatient. When I walked in they were on... the last customer and behind me came a few more customers and She began to look even more frustrated and mumbling under herbreathe. I?m guessing she thought she would get a break because She could barely walk. I had 4 orders and she said she couldonly take 1 at a time. The last order she messed up I asked for a scoop of chocolate and vanilla on a waffle cone. She gave mevanilla and strawberry? I told her it was wrong and reiterated what I ordered and she proceeded to ask ?Well why didn?t you saythat!?? Which was the utmost rudest thing to say to your customer. She made the new girl make the last order and told her thewrong flavors, the new girl made the same wrong order. The new girl made the order correct the 2nd time she attempted and shechecked me out. The lead worker was overwhelmed and very unprofessional and doesn?t look like she can handle working on herfeet for multiple hours and gets frustrated easily. We ordered milkshakes and they were very good, but it was 9:30 on a Saturday night and the posted store hours say they don't... close til 11pm, but they had the stone already turned off and had no whip cream, as well as almost empty coolers where pints andquarts of ice cream are stored. This is the worst location in the city! Their ice cream is ALWAYS freezer burned. When I called and brought it to the associates... attention, she told me to bring melted ice cream back to the store so she could "examine it." Really? Examine it? She stated shewas the manager, but a statement that dumb couldn't have came from a manager. I believe her name was Seedra. Apparently she'sthe store manager's daughter which explains why my previous complaints to this location have not been heard. She's rude and notprofessional at all. She did not offer a refund or a replacement for the terrible serving of ice cream we received. I had to goto a completely different location and they were nice enough to replace at no charge. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 14th birthday. I gave them 3 days to make the cake. I was told to pick it up at 12... noon on Wednesday. I wanted to have the cake at home for when my daughter got home from school. I got there at 1:50 to pick upmy cake and was told that the cake decorator called in sick and the other one will be there at 3pm and I can come back at 3:30pmto pick up my cake. I got there at 3:50pm and was told that the cake was not decorated properly and they have to do it over andI will have to wait anothet half hour. I paid $52.31 for this terribly written birthday ice cream cake. We were late picking up the cake. When we arrived, we were... told by the manager that they are busy and just finished "decorating" our cake and it will be another 15 to 20 minutes before wecan pick it up but there was no one in the store. I am extremely disappointed in Cold Stone Creamery thinking this writing isacceptable. I should have gone to a grocery store to pick up an ice cream cake for $20 and saved my money.
