This has to be one of the least friendly and most filthy places I've seen in Greensboro. Every single table was dirty. Food all... over the floor. Drink station wet, dirty, out of lids. No forks or spoons. Napkins out of a paper bag and all over floor andcounter. Staff: "what do you want"...in the tone of "you're annoying me". Manager not helpful, staff angry. The single cook wasworking, but the rest of the staff, including manager, walked by the disasters in the dining room and did nothing. I see whypeople get sick all the time, as this place is filthy and gross. The Health Department should visit on a Sunday. Read more
Not really one to leave reviews, but this store has butchered our online order several times now with no way to correct the... issue (because of their lack of online/app support) short of driving 15 minutes back and standing in their 30 minute lineagain?. I know everyone?s short staffed, but chipotle is too expensive to keep throwing our cash away on wrong orders. The staffis always nice while you?re there, though! Read more
At 7:30pm on a Tuesday they had No sanitizer in the machine, No chips, No Brown rice, and had no intention to make anymore. It... would?ve been nice to know these things wasn?t in-store before I ordered. Plus the manager walked away when I questioned whythese items weren?t available. Read more
Usually love Chipotle but this location totally ripped us off. Instead of getting shredded cheese on the burrito bowl I got it... in a little cup on the side. Overall it?s the same amount of cheese? just on the side. They charged $3 for the side of cheese?but it would have been free if I got it on the bowl. How does that make any sense? I don?t care that much about the $3 butgetting ripped off is infuriating. Go to a different location. Read more

This place is consistently bad. Not the type to leave reviews but everytime I come this location it is disgusting, food and... trash everywhere, do not feel safe eating here. There is always a long line and no sense of urgency. The last time I was inthere 11/28 at around 7-8pm I watched the person cooking not wearing gloves touching his nose/mouth area and handling food.There is no sense of care and am truly shocked management has not done anything. I want to spend money with chipotle but I amnever coming back to this location, it is unsafe. Just look at all the other reviews saying the same thing, something has tochange. Read more
