Reviews for Chicken Bee in Greensboro, NC
It?s my first time to eat here at this Greensboro branch with my family. Sadly, we?ve waited for 30 minutes just to get our... chicken orders (original and spicy). Seated and almost running out of patience, I thought this must be very good and worth thewait as they?re claiming to be ?the best? Korean chicken in the area. Alas, it came. Actually, the order was messed up as ourorders were given to another family and their orders to us. The original chicken order does not have any sauce. They want you toorder and pay for it separately, no half half sauce even for whole order. The small chicken legs are meaty but the other sliceswith bones are full of breading. I like the chicken because it tastes good and is crispy. But honestly, it?s not the best Koreanchicken out there. I?ve been to Korea several times and the chicken there were superb and amazingly delicious. So the hypedidn?t meet the reality check. Even the spicy-ness is just below average. What does my kids say? They?d rather go to Popeye?snext time. With our overall experience at this branch, I?ll give one star only. Read more

I absolutely love this place! The bulgogi, spicy chicken and spicy pork are fantastic! We also had a huge portion of kimchi... fried rice that was so delicious but the dumplings are the best ever! If you love Korean for you have to give this place a try.Lunch specials are 10.95 and that includes a drink and good size portions also includes miso soup. Read more

The flavors I picked was half & half spicy and soy garlic. It?s worth thewait. The Korean fried chicken was flavorful and delicious. My family enjoyed it. Read more
That honey fried chicken was absolutely awesome. Keep in mind they cook fresh so be prepared to wait but it's worth it. I don't... like that I cannot order legs alone without the useless sides but oh well, chicken legs were worth it. Wings were just asgood...both super crispy and tasty. Scratch fried rice was also good. Read more
Chicken Bee has the BEST Korean fried chicken, if the the best fried chicken, in the Triad. Their chicken is incredibly juicy,... and their batter is crispy and perfectly fried. Their flavors include honey garlic, soy garlic, spicy garlic, creamy onion, andscallion top. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting their honey garlic chicken. Also, they have AUTHENTIC KOREAN BINGSOO. Their bingsoo iscomprised of frozen milk and various toppings, such as chocolate, mango, and strawberry. I got their classic red bean bing sooand thought that it was worth it. I'll definitely be back again soon. The only downside is the time that it takes for the foodto come out. I waited 40 minutes after ordering for my food to arrive to the table. If they can work on decreasing this waittime, this restaurant has an extremely bright future ahead. WORTH IT? YES ABSOLUTELY! They have authentic Korean fried chickenand bingsoo! (Overall 8/10) Read more
got 2 bibimbap bowls with rice and miso soup and fish cake balls The bowls were cold and tasteless and the fishcake balls were... soggy and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I couldn?t even finish my food and I asked for the appetizer to beremoved and was told the best they can do is half off because it?s already been cooked smh. The other menu item is justoverpriced fried chicken tossed is sauces. Not worth $35 Read more
The chicken is crispy and fairly good, but the sauce can be a bit salty. It?s kind of a hit or miss. They have a lot of sauces... and dishes to choose from. Prices are bit high, but quality is good as it?s made to order. Their spicy rice cake is also verygood. Read more
