We dont frequent Burger King. However, when my boys decide they want chicken fries we visit this location. The staff are always... on point, especially Melissa! She is well spoken over the intercom, professional, courteous, and appears to work well underpressure. Highly recommend this Burger King location on Gate City Blvd. Clean on the inside to. Read more

This burger king had 5 stars from me 8 months ago. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. Lately my orders has been messed... including by night manager. Was given unsweet tea On different occasions when i ordered sweet tea. My husband burger was messedup. They lost a customer!!! Update: went back today 03/13/2022 and my order was wrong,no straws, and my burger had went throughhell from the burger station to my hands. My money also was not right. One of the workers got caught mimicking my husband at thewindow. I give up honestly they can't keep working and they hire kids to work. Read more
Stopped with family after Disney on Ice.approachin the counter we found out for drinks they were only serving tea and water, no... problem. Ordered from a very friendly cashier. Honestly his attitude with customers and helpfulness while we were there was overthe top awesome. Place was immaculate for fast food. Hope that guy goes places.dude added cookies for my kids cause he didn'thave soda. That's the way to do it. Read more
